I have emailed customer service twice AND called and left a message. I ordered a manhole cover on June 8th and it still hasn't shipped. I understand these are difficult times, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service.
Edit: customer service ONLY reached out after I wrote this review. I don’t ever write reviews, and their statement below is misleading. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Yes, with a worldwide pandemic affecting every part of customer's lives, things can be difficult. We do wish that the person whom the order was shipping to would have let you know that our sales team has been in contact and providing updates. Your order has been canceled and refunded.

They didn't fit
They didn't fit.I called and talked to a girl and thought they would work but would not fit. To costly to send them back due to restocking fees and shipping fees. I'm stuck with $128 that will sit in my garage for ever.
