Easy and convenient, I love the stress free booking and assertiveness!

Great staff, great customer service, pricing was very affordable.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and professional. Golf cart was a great way to explore Key West. Returning was super easy and quick as well.

Was quick and easy check in and out. Golf cart was in great shape and got us around with ease.

We had a great experience renting our golf cart from Cool Key West. The people were super nice. Picking up and dropping off was very smooth!! We will definitely rent from them when we go back!!

The staff was great and accommodating.
The location wasn't well marked making it difficult to find at first.

In my handicapped condition, I could not have seen who & what I wanted to without your wonderul rental.

The experience was easy and quick! Everyone was friendly and professional!

All the staff were very easy to work with and the golf cart was in excellent condition. We would definitely rent from them again.

Everything was as we were told by the company. They were very helpful and friendly. We would go back to them for another rental.

Great customer service. Got there got checked in and out when it was time

No issues with this rental. Cart and the trip were great.

A+ staff carts where both great

A little difficult and confusing to find the rental area after disembarking the cruise ship. But a great way to travel the Key West area and loads of fun to ride in the golf cart on the streets!

Our cart worked great and was very clean. The last day we were in Key West we lost our cart. No we weren’t drunk. 🤣. Iggy and JT were great to work with and said they’ve never lost a cart. They had a couple guys go out and of course they found it for us. Then they were kind enough to take us to the ferry. I highly recommend this company. Also best prices in Key West.!

Communication was great finding the location with accurate directions. They streamline the paperwork by emailing it to you in advance. We literally for their minutes before we were behind the wheel and off enjoying your day. Returning was the same situation and the icing on the cake was a ride in a brand new Mercedes van back to the ship. Couldn't ask for anything more great job.

It was great a must have to get around!!

Line was rather long at check in but the entire experience was incredible. See you next time.

We had 10 people, got 2 nice carts and had a great experience! The carts are a great way to explore and travel, and a lot easier to park than a car or van.
Bring your golf-cart speaker, and a few beverage holders are also a good idea.
