Enterosgel Arvostelua 

I'm sorry I haven't tried this yet but I will. Reading people's issues, I just want to give a quick overview of my life with ibs which is 60% better now. IBS started for me in my teens, I'm 41 now. I was 32 when the doctor told me I had IBS. I than went on a journey of cutting out all known IBS foods, introducing them one by one so I could pin point the bad foods for me.

As we all know, IBS isn't just about the wrong food intake. It could be stress, tiredness or anxiety. If all 4 comes into play, dear god, don't we have the roughest time of our lives!

For me it was pin pointing the main cause, gassy foods. Highest cause, baked beans, followed by broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, onions and mushrooms. Once I cut all these out, I could start eating whole wheat again, but it was 2-3 years later after cutting gassy foods out. I've never had an issue with spicy food thank god.

Now I've sorted the food side of things, I now needed to sort my extremely high anxiety out. I now start using CBD oil 5% (Legal in the UK). Best CBD oil is extracted from the leaves, stalks and flowers. CBD oil just from seeds isn't actually CBD oil, it's Hemp oil and is very weak against CBD oil. I take 3-5 drops (depending on the social event) 1 hour before. Some people might need less or more. Note: more you take, sleepier you'll feel.

Now as for Enterosgel, I think this is more towards the food eating sides of things than the anxiety sides of things. Because Enterosgel is purely for IBS and not anxiety IBS issues if you get what I mean. I'm going to experiment with Enterosgel for food related IBS aswell as anxiety IBS including using CBD oil.

This really works. I use it when I'm travelling or anxious about being away from home. It calms my symptoms and gives me the confidence to carry on with my life and enjoy social occasions.

Bought this product for IBS. It didn’t help at all . Just made my condition worse by causing flatulence.

Diarrhoea when I go out is main problem could go UPTO four times. Ruins my life don’t want to go out even show and always nervous spoil other peoples time, because when I need to go it’s now, always look for toilets when out and panic if outdoors no toilets around and with friends. Just wondering if taken everyday does it constipate you ? Want to try 21 days twice day then once day after that? Have constipation sometimes am drinking 2 litres water and improved my diet smoothies, less dairy,sugar and carbohydrates. grateful for any information

Good delivery, expensive product, the gelwtinous texture that makes it easy to pour becomes really liquid after two days ooen, so the snoozle does not allow to pour it effectively. Hence the four stars.

The product is great and does what it says, no taste, no smell it just works. The only gripe I have is that I ordered it direct from the company so I did not expect it to get delivered from Amazon. I wouldn't have ordered direct if I knew this, let alone ordered it at all.

Moving away from the fact the texture of Enterosgel is not the most pleasant (like wallpaper paste), it really does appear to work.
However, I just can not afford to continue taking it for my IBS due to the cost, it works out very expensive. I purchased a 90g tube (£14 from Holland and Barrett), it says on the tube to take up to 3 times a day. I took just 1tbsp once a day and it was nearly used up in just 4-5 days.
Says to use up to 30 days for ibs-d, that would cost a small fortune which I just can not afford (COL crisis and all that).
As I say, it works really well but sadly this will not be a regular in my medicine cabinet due to the very expensive cost. Shame.
