Engraved Memories Arvostelua

We ordered two custom double-sided engraved dog tag keychains as memorial pieces for our dogs Rex and Zora, and the final result turned out absolutely beautiful.

The engraving quality is excellent, the photos were processed very carefully, and the amount of detail they managed to preserve in stainless steel is honestly impressive. George was patient throughout the entire process and was willing to make multiple adjustments to the mock-ups until everything looked exactly right. Communication was always friendly and professional.

What I especially appreciated was that he really listened to the feedback. Small details, such as background removal, correcting image composition, matching font sizes, and even making a subtle adjustment so one photo looked more natural, were all taken seriously and handled with care.

At the same time, I do want to give balanced feedback:
Communication could occasionally be a little slow, especially during busy periods, and the process required quite a bit of back-and-forth clarification to avoid misunderstandings. Because these are highly personalized products, you should take the time to explain your wishes very clearly and carefully review the previews before approving production.

That said, once production started, the end result exceeded our expectations and was absolutely worth the effort and waiting time. Shipment to the Netherlands took about a week.

If you are looking for personalized engraved memorial items and are willing to invest some time in getting the details right, I can definitely recommend Engraved Memories.

Very satisfied with the jewellry! It's unique! And great delivery service!! 👌👌👌 Thank u very much!

Easy to order. Arrived quickly

Lovely engraved plaque. Great service with consistent updates. Also very well priced.

I have had a great experience with Engraved Memories all round. Great communication, very helpful and our rose bowl is lovely and sitting proudly where it belongs.

I ordered 2 sets of customised cufflinks, with 2 different photos for each set (so 4 in total). All of the photos came out really well. The engraved cufflink box for each set was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

The quality and price were great. The printed picture on it looked very nice. I received exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend ordering.”

I requested a more personal engraving on a wedding knife and cake slice for my son’s wedding and they were very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed and happy with the results.

Was a gift for a friend who lost her horse
The engraving was fantastic
Would definitely buy from them again

I am so impressed with the service I received The slate plaque in memory of my much loved dog Arthur is stunning The photo is flawless would highly recommend recommend this company. You have regular updates and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for the care and attention given to to my order.

Pendant arrived very quickly and is beautiful. Found it quite fiddly to fill with ashes, but well worth the trouble.

Terrible. Strongly recommend not to order if staying out of the UK. We are based in Belgium and ordered rhe product 4 weeks ago and until now I don't have my package. Misleading marketing used online which makes you think you will receive your item in 3 days. Also no real information given on import tax. After paying 15 Euros for delivery still had to pay 30 Euros for the import tax. Absolutely not worth it.

Order custom made engraved cufflinks with two different pictures, received them today and omg they are amazing better than i thought they would be so thank you x

Very quick and professional service with a fantastic product at the end.
