The English Tapware Company Arvostelua

Beautiful product ranges and importantly incredible service which is so important when working on large interior design projects.

Service was excellent, staff patient and knowledgable. Products are gorgeous. Very happy with purchase.

Love all your products especially my door knobs and front door handle.

We have enjoyed working with Linda, David et al to achieve a super result. ETC is always very responsive and helpful - and (it almost goes without saying) their English products are the best available in Australia. Very highly recommended.

Very helpful, excellent products.

English tapware provided great assistance to us on several projects

They even found a specific toilet seat which everyone else said was impossible!

The English Tapware Company provides the most superb quality fittings and fixtures. Their expert staff are courteous and helpful: nothing is too much trouble. I am now enjoying all the beautiful products they supplied for my newly-renovated Victorian house in inner-Melbourne. These days it is always a pleasure to turn on a tap! My kitchen, bathroom, laundry, powder room and walk-in robe have all been equipped with goods from the English Tapware Company, including the bathroom basin, claw-foot bath, all tapware, fireclay sinks in both kitchen and laundry, crystal knobs on the wardrobe doors and various other accessories, including the all-important tea towel rail at the end of my kitchen island. The quality of everything makes it a joy to use, and of course it is all so beautiful to look at and to live with. I could not recommend the English Tapware Company more highly, both for the products they keep and for the service they provide.

The English Tapware Company is our go-to supplier for all specialist bathroom and hardware fittings. Service is always impeccable, with thorough product knowledge and followup service. We highly recommend them as a premium source of contemporary, classic and traditional fittings.

Great to deal with even when their suppliers make a mistake. :)

Betty was awesome. So helpful. Highly recommend her and love the product. Robyn Lea

Service has been very good, prompt responses and delivery, packing excellent and very good product

Beautiful product, sparkling showroom & top notch staff who visit me whenever I need and go through line after line of specs with me to ensure I haven't forgotten one thing! We love Betty!

Beautiful, extremely high quality products, lovely helpful staff and just a wonderful brand. High recommend.

We have worked collaboratively with the team at English Tapware Company for a few years now, not only are they great to deal with but they work hard to deliver on client expectations with their beautiful high product! We love collaborating with them.

I have previously worked for The English Tapware Company, used their products in our own home and recommended them to friends - as well as clients. Beautiful products, traditionally engineered and built for longevity. In our old farm house I get pure joy seeing our Perrin & Rowe and Hawthorn Hill in the bathroom. This was stage one of our renovation and we are delighted with the classsic design and superb functionality. Can’t wait to do ensuite and powder room.
I can see why their ranges are specified for some of the worlds’s leading Hotels - classic or contemporary - their hand picked boutique ranges are chosen to withstand the test of time.

The English Tapware Company has been an absolute joy to work alongside. They provide excellent levels of service to both us as suppliers and their customers. We look forward to continuing to work with this wonderful company in the future!

We love our products, they set the tone and quality for all the other aspects of our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. I have to say that of all the suppliers for our build, English Tapware were the easiest to liaise with, they made the process simple and we’re very patient with the advice they provided and time it took. I wish everyone could have English Tapware!

Always wonderful to deal with the team at the Armadale venue. A beautiful showroom with products that suits a large range of residential and commercial projects we look at throughout the year.

Professionally, we have only recently become a dealer for The English Tapware Company in Tasmania and our experience with them so far has been fantastic. Personally, as passionate home renovators ourselves, we simply love the product range and the quality is second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending The English Tapware Company and any of their product range to home renovators, builders, architects and interior designers alike.
