Delightful service and a wonderful product selection!

Excellent service and wonderful products.
A company that is a pleasure to deal with.

Simone was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend dealing directly with the English Tapware Company. The taps are beautiful.

Nothing was too much trouble and Simone followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

I will be buying off them again

Gorgeous products. Exceptional customer service & knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

The English tapware company are extremely helpful and efficient. As I had used their services a few years ago, I did not hesitate coming back when I was renovating my bathroom. The quality of the taps is excellent.

I have only had extremely positive experiences with the English Tapware company. Thank you for your service and ongoing support to the interior design industry

As a professional Interior Designer, I have over the years specified The English Tapware Company's beautiful range of stylish ceramic sinks, tap ware, bathroom accessories, hardware & range of handmade metal screens for numerous projects.
The staff have always been professional and I would highly recommend their products for any design projects.

The service is impeccable and the products are absolute perfection in looks and function. One of my favourite places to specify from.

Great quality products. A superb way of finishing off cabinetry

As designers, we often specify and use products from The English Tapware Company. Most recently we have specified a number of decorative grilles, which not only have a beautiful, bespoke, high-end look but are completely customisable. The service of our account manager, Simone, is second to none and makes it easy to specify their products over and over again.

Simone made selecting and ordering their exquisite Frank Allart hardware a very easy and seamless experience.

I have engaged with The English Tapware Company on a number of occasions over the past 3 years. More recently I have been assisted by Emily who has organised my product orders in a seamless manner.
I have been extremely happy with the quality of all products purchased, having now spent several thousand dollars with the company.
