I spent a lot of money for this shirt plus a number and name for my grandsons birthday. He wore it for 10 minutes to have his name fall off his shirt. Not happy!

Very disappointing return policy.
Very disappointing return policy.
I ordered a shirt in size M, not realising that there was a difference between children’s size M and adult size M. Unfortunately, the shirt is therefore far too small.
I wanted to return or exchange the Bellingham shirt, which has never been worn and is in perfect condition, but I was told that their policy does not allow me to return it.
I really don’t understand this policy. It is a standard Bellingham shirt that could easily be sold again. I have even already ordered another one in the correct size.
Very disappointing customer experience, especially for an official England Store.

All went smoothly
All went smoothly. I didn't have any issues with buying. They had run out of Large home kit shirt so had to go for the away kit second option. I wasn't the worst thing to happen.

In fact
In fact, it was only a Ki who did the right thing and put me through to a real person. You should only communicate with real people – it makes everything so much nicer! He was able to sort out my problem quickly and arrange for a speedy dispatch. Thanks for that! If I win the lottery, I’ll shop at your store again. Best regards from Nordhorn, Germany.
