Very angry and upset.
I bought a lioness 500 tshirt before they were sold out obviously. Checked the site earlier today and was processing my order. Got an email later saying getting a refund because it's out of stock. Will never buy from you again and you can keep your 25% off coupon

Over priced. But I needed the women’s England top ready. It’s just a shame the prices are so high or I would buy more.

I am currently in dispute with this company regarding a missing item from my delivery. The first thing I noticed is that this company has a lot of 1 star ratings on trust pilot which doesn’t bare well for my dispute.
I ordered 3 World Cup England shirts totalling £289 when the package arrived via Royal Mail the parcel was crudely sealed with sellotape, the inside glue seal still had its tape covering so was presumably poorly sealed at the warehouse when opened the lettered shirt was missing. I contacted England store straight away providing pictures and to be fair they contacted me straight away to say they would investigate it. 24hours later received the email to say a thorough investigation had taken place and the products were picked and packaged and dispatched without error and the courier had provided proof of delivery (picture) and there were no issues with the product in transit.
In the picture of proof of delivery you can clearly see the sellotape on the bottom of the picture, now I’m not one to speculate but I don’t think a thorough investigation was carried out!!
Anyways I’ve dropped this 1 star review as although the Customer service team were very helpful I don’t think this company truly honest when it says it carries out thorough investigations. I’ve asked them to review the case as they are currently saying they will not replace or refund the item.
I am a member of the ESTC and bought these items in good faith via their app so very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking, ordered the new england mens kit 23rd march and still waiting now as it's been routed through belgium! Seems a long way of doing things and should have just bought it in person.

I cannot actually believe the prices !! How is a family suppose to celebrate the world cup together with new tops when for 4 of us it would cost £520 +.

Merchandise not recieved. Called multiple times before someone answered their phone. Refund not reieved. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The shirt was amazing, but the production kept getting delayed. Once it shipped it was all good

The only positive I had with England Store is the helpful and friendly customer services. Other than that, I ordered the England Women's Subbuteo set in May to play for the first time at Christmas as a treat. As it was new and sealed I guessed nothing could be wrong with it. When I opened it on Christmas day the goal bases were missing. I contacted them about this and explained the delay in informing them of the problem and he said he wished he could help but that as it was after the returns period he could not. As this was not a typical return due to changing my mind, wrong sized clothing or similar I expected them to be able to help as it was not something I had done wrong. They did not even offer to contact the supplier or manufacturer to see if they could send them the parts to rectify the situation. I believe if a product arrives new and sealed with a problem that you should have any time to fix the situation, or at least a year.

Delivery updates were constant and very helpful. Products were in perfect condition. Fantastic all around.

We all know that replica football kits are extortionate but I feel ripped off by the England Store. My daughter desperately wanted a Lucy Bronze shirt for Xmas so I came to the England store to buy one. She's 11 years old, so I ordered a large - it was enormous, so I went back and ordered a medium. So on top-off the already ridiculous price tag I've paid 2 x £4.99 postage for a t-shirt. Then I'm asked to pay for the return postage as well! And to add insult to injury I now see that Nike are sellling hte same shirts at a discount.
