ENGELSINN Arvostelua

Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schöner Shop und eine tolle Auswahl!

Alles perfekt danke coole artikel gerne wieder

Great Jewelry for a its price! This shop has a wide variety of jewelry which go well to all kinds of occasions even for casual wear only. They also have GREAT customer service and treat their customers as should. This shop has hardworking employees and brand ambassadors which helps promote their brand, every employee is understanding and friendly which handles every complaint and request calmly and professionally. If you are looking for a shop that sells quite aesthetic and cute jewelry then this shop’s for you. Jewelry are also hypoallergenic which helps people who are allergic to jewelry that aren’t silver. If you need a certain type of jewelry? they probably have it so BUY HERE, BUY NOW.

Bin begeistert.

Very bad customer service...
They offering ambassador opportunities so you buy products from them, they offering you discount codes for you and your friends/family and there is a chance that you can earn something back, depends how many people will use the code, also they asking for pictures of you and there products so they can post it on there Instagram and you can get followers etc. To be honest is all a scam, I applied and I also ordered few items and my friends as well (didn't received any money for that) I made the pictures and everything as per request and I am trying now to contact them, two weeks already and no response back... This is a scam website, saying that they offering opportunities just for you to buy and then you won't hear back from them. So now I can't even make a refund... also the products are very bad, the price should be like 2-4 € .... Very disappointed... do not make the same mistake.

I am not satisfied with the webshop and their customer service. I received my order and the quality is really not good. I sent an email that I was not satisfied with the products. After a while I got a reaction, at first they seemed to be unreachable. They did not come up with suitable solutions, even though I asked for a different solution a few times, I kept getting the same email back with the same options. They therefore do not handle complaints in a customer-friendly manner.

The jewelry is beautiful but its VERY BAD QUALITY. You can only use it once or twice and the color starts to change. its really a shame because these people have the potential to have something great. I also got duped into joining from Instagram. Bought from them and while the shipping and service was great... THE QUALITY OF THE JEWELRY SUCKS! I wouldn't recommend.

I received my necklace today after three weeks of shipping. When it arrived it was stained and dirty and appear to be metal, not silver. I can not find proper help anywhere. Do not buy, its a big old scam.
