The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are varied and interesting. You never seem to do the same set of exercises twice. I would recommend this gym to anyone as they will cater workouts to any fitness level and they take into account any restrictions a member has.

Fantastic staff, well informed and trained PT's and a huge variety of classes and equipment to suit all needs. Cannot recommend it enough.

Love ease of access and excellent level of equipment on both floors to suit all levels of fitness. Great to have shower and locker facilities and price is great. Another massive plus is the number of heavy bags and space. As a former boxer this is a massive plus point .staff are friendly and informative.

The gym is a nice place to workout at, there are many machines, weights and things to do to keep you fit and healthy and the staff are always friendly. :)

Such a great atmosphere and always welcomed with a smile. The message in the gym is be positive if who you are and what you look like and that is so nice to see rather than constant “there is no excuse” signs. Definitely a great message for those days you aren’t feeling it. A gym for all different types of people and their capabilities.

I joined energie fitness around 4 weeks ago. I had become so used to staying in due to working from home and restrictions, plus the added weight gain this caused me, I knew I needed to make a big change and soon!
From my first session, I was in love with the place and the people.
I have been to dozens of gyms all over, including London, and the atmosphere here, positive, friendly and relaxed is the nicest I've ever experienced in a gym.
It literally is my new favourite place to go.
Jake (Who I'm yet to meet) and all the team should be so proud of creating such a special space where everyone can enjoy!

Good gym, very clean. Plenty of cleaning stations and lots of space but but they need more squat racks and Olympic barbells / areas for barbell compound lifting. They also don't have Ski Ergs or assault bikes which are not essential but would be good.

Fab gym. Membership well worth the money and staff are lovely & really helpful. Thank you all 😀.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere and nobody judges you.
All round Exercise opportunities at your own pace with guidance if you need it.
Showers, toilets, lockers and free water to top up if required.
Lost 6lb in 3 weeks.This is my first time in a gym and I'm 60 in 5 months.

The gym is very good, a little small and busy during peak times. But they allow us to keep our bikes in the backroom so they don't get wet or have the risk of being tampered with
