The best gym in London, clean, beautiful, well equipped, professional, friendly and cool.

For someone who suffers with anxiety and body dysmorphia this gym is pure escapism for me.
The staff reinforce confidence in your abilities with their proactive approach and caring nature, there doesn’t feel like any intimidation from customers as everyone greets you with a nod and a smile when you walk through the doors. For anyone looking to start their journey to building a better version of themselves I highly recommend using this gym as the staff are brilliant and the customers are all team players. It’s a great place to train in and being here only encourages you to work harder.

Great energy at Énergie Hampton.

I have been at this gym for a decent amount of time now, unfortunately it has gone down hill. They have taken way to many people in and it is overcrowded most times, it is a pretty small gym so this is really a problem. Although the equipment is new and it’s a nice gym there are just way too many people for the size of the area.

Excellent - Alfie listened to what I wanted to achieve a put together a personal programme for me at the Hampton Hill gym.

The Energy fitness is one of the best which I know. Very good equipment, friendly people, hi professional instructors. I am really enjoying to be there!

Generally fine gym, however somewhat lacks space when crowded. Should have also one or two stations more for abs exercise. Staff is friendly though and it's clean with pretty positive environment.

Love this little gym. The classes are great and good range of equipment. The thing that makes it stand out tho is the staff. They are all - without exception- fantastic. Always ready to help, greet at what they do and always have a smile. It’s a real family feel and better than any bigger or more expensive club. 10/10 all round.

The class size is too small and can never book classes unless you are up at 12 o clock at night when the opening of the advance days opens. Its very frustrating and since the classes are so full you should have more of them. I don't do weights and signed up for classes...but it's not working that well with only 6 to 9 ppl allowed to book in.

Great gym, nice new equipment and more good mix of free weights and machines, friendly staff and reasonable monthly rates.

Energie Fitness in Hampton Hill is a great example of what being a community gym is all about. I really like that all the staff speak to you and get to know you, your goals, and what you enjoy doing in the gym. The facilities are really good and it is a lot bigger than it looks on the outside! I would highly recommend this gym to people in the Hampton Hill area.

This is a great, standard gym.
Nice and clean, not too busy.
I wouldn't say it's THE BEST gym where the equipment is next level and the gym goers are hard core.
It's a good gym and definitely worth every penny.

Friendly and welcoming staff, available to help if asked. No frills gym but has all the equipment needed. I was offered the chance to meet with a personal trainer to design an exercise programme (great idea) as I don't feel daunted by which equipment to use now - thanks to Connor . For the first time ever, I actually feel enthused about using a gym!! Only downside is that it has been difficult getting into a yoga class - I guess it's very popular - and the studio space is rather small. But I have had a couple of good pilates sessions already in there. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

When I first started training, Zoe and Nathan were absolutely great with assisting me. Showing me around and using the equipment. I had explained to them about my sight loss but they totally reassured me that it should not stop me from training and setting fitness goals.
Having a disability will NOT stop me from achieving my strength and fitness goals. Zoe, Nathan the whole Energie team….. RESPECT ✌️

Love going to the gym, always clean and tidy. People who workout are friendly.

The gym itself and the people are amazing the thing that lets it down is the classes you can never get booked on and have to leave it to chance which isn’t ideal! So frustrating when you want to mix your exercise up.
