Energie Fitness - Brighton Arvostelua 

Gym is clean anti bacterial wipes available for before and after use. Staff are very friendly here, some new equipment ive never used before. I love a 3 strike policy is thrre for people who dont wipe equipment so hygiene is high here! Only problem is ive seen alot of people not wipe equipment after use they will be dealt with anyways it just drives me crazy. Apart from that this is a lovely gym its more pricey but it offers a better service their wow memberships gives you a chance to experience infrared saunas which im still waiting to try. Dont miss out on this gym. As someone who came from pure/thegym this is top tier.

Really enjoying my gym journey so far. the staff are helpful and full of advice. The environment is clean and spacious with good shower facilities. The gym equipment is easy to use.

Nice gym, clean and with friendly staff. I recently started training with Davide, and it’s been a game changer. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and tailors workouts perfectly. Highly recommended!

I have loved my time at this gym so much. The staff are so friendly and the equipment are really varied and great. I also love all the classes- especially pilates. the instructors are great and ensure you feel comfortable and good whilst doing the exercises. I really recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely and comfortable gym in Brighton.

Just had my induction at Brighton Energie fitness with Davide Giusepponi. He was very helpful and patient, and tailored the workout to my individual needs ( at 60 I’m interested in improving bone strength)
Lots of gym members welcomed me, it’s got a nice atmosphere. Also the music was not too loud, so I can listen to my own music in my headphones ( unlike my last gym!)
It seems to have a wide range of equipment over 2 floors.
Great first impression- and this is from someone who dislikes gyms and has to force herself to go!

I was a member of this gym since (before) it opened and recently left after the management demonstrated a lack of customer service and business acumen.

I come from a fitness background after running a chain of central London gyms and yoga studios for many years. Over 10!

Although the facilities at this gym are fine, there is more often than not, nowhere safe to stretch or warm-up due to classes being run in the only place to do this. If there is not a class, then there are regularly people kick boxing and boxing in this area and I’ve have had people trip over me, more than once, while stretching. It’s so unsafe!

I have also had weights nearly dropped on me twice trying to cool down on the main gym floor as there was literally nowhere for me to go after a 10K run. So if you are bothered about warming up, cooling down, stretching. Good luck! I have mentioned this on several occasions but nothing has been done.

The toilet upstairs is often out of action (leaving 1 loo for the whole gym) and there is regularly a queue for cardio equipment when busy, which is starting to need some TLC.

My membership price has gone up, and up, and up.

Equipment added, seems to be chosen on what the lads want, not what the gym actually needs and that attitude applies to almost everything they do at Energie Brighton.

All round, there’s better in my opinion.

Overall nice gym. Seems small from the outside but has two floors with good amount of equipment. Equipment seems new/ good condition and there is a good variety.
The gym can get crowded specially when there are classes in place - leaving very limited space for people not joining the class and wanting to stretch or do functional stuff. The place doesn’t have changing rooms, only individual showers gender neutral that can be used to get changed. They seem okay with good space though some don’t have benches and then you need to put your bag on the floor.
The staff is nice and friendly.

Love this gym! Great choice of equipment (clean and new) for all needs and a nice space to work out in with plenty of room to move around and utilise. Fab classes also with great choice and the staff are all lovely, friendly and don’t ignore you. It’s a very personable vibe here more than any other gym I’ve joined.

Great people and great place.

Davide was amazing when showing me how to use all equipment properly and made me feel really comfortable and at ease in my induction. As a first time gym goer I was quite nervous but he gave me the confidence to keep coming back and stick to my workouts !

i really like the gym, it's great, the members are nice, it's a bit more money than most local gyms, but i think it has a better atmosphere than the cheaper corporate gyms, great staff at energie too. The only complaint i have, is the fact the lower membership holders can't participate in the classes, only epic members. I was going to upgrade for a couple months, then i see one of the Yoga classes, which i wanted to do, the classes are so full, there's no room to swing a cat, let alone exercise in a class, how is that going to be sorted out. I won't bother to upgrade if i can't take a class because there is no room. It's unfair to members to have to do that in such a confined area, if you don't have the room and the members aren't comfortable with it, how can you solve that problem.

I really like the gym! Great location, great equipment, very friendly staff so in general I'm totally satisfied! The only thing that kinda threw me off guard was when I realised that some people do not change their footwear and simply train in what they come in so I guess there's no rule for that. I mean they take a walk from their homes to the gym even on a rainy day and then literally bring all the dirt inside. It's a bit unsanitary to my mind especially when it comes to "the yard" where there's carpeting. Apart from that everything's great!

The staff at Energie are excellent. The equipment of a very high standard.

Ample space on 2 floors, clean and efficient. Good choice of machines, weights .. central location. Helpful staff. Value for money.

Good equipment, great hours, nice staff. It's also very well cleaned.

I changed my gym from Pure Gym to Energie Fitness and never regretted. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The gym is clean, has a great environment, and it’s always a pleasure to work out here.

Just a few points for improvement:
- Please order the blue towels in advance, you run out of them at least once a week. It’s a little annoying to ask you to refill them all the time
- Make sure the Air Cons work
- Don’t turn off the music. The atmosphere becomes less private when you hear how other people exercise
