Lovely classes
I simply love and Enjoy going to classes. The trainers are very professional, always there to help. I asked for their help a few times and they are very open and kind when it comes to explain things.

A relaxed and chilled atmosphere was set up for the morning meditation and breathing. Darragh has a soothing calm voice which eased us through a great experience. Nice to have the mix up of a busy and energetic gym mixed with all the extra bonuses of a variety of classes. All the staff are very friendly and very approachable. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining a gym. Lots of help available with a friendly atmosphere.

Great place
I must say it's such a friendly environment to be in. My first time going I was instantly thinking of how much I was going to feel intimidated but far from it, I felt so welcomed and knew I was there for the same reason as some to lose weight,build confidence and get fit. The new management seen to be so friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy working out here alot💪💯

Great Gym, Great Classes, Great Instructors 💪
There is a great variety of different classes to suit all fitness levels. Energie fitness has excellent opening hours 7 days a week and they offer a choice of classes every day. The app is very convenient for booking these classes and it offers a huge amount of home workouts. All of the instructors are very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.

I found staff in the gym very friendly and approachable. I could ask any question and trainers remembered my name which was very nice

Cold gym, no water, no clock, no Watt bike. Most basic gym I have used in 20 years.
The gym is very cold, you have to wear a jumper to work out which is not idea.
1 Watt bike should be at the gym, its a big omission, can you get 1 Watt bike ?
A water fountain is not present either, or even a clock on a wall.
Overall, the balbriggan gym is one of the most basic I have used over the last 20 years.
