Emporium of Cool Ltd Arvostelua

Great website with good prices and shipping. Ordered a ThreeZero Bumblebee movie Optimus Prime from them and couldn't be happier.

Great communication and items very well packaged. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you soo much! :)

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Their customer service is absolutely some of the best I've ever experienced, and their attention to detail, from keeping in contact with customers about their orders (with real, personalised messages, not automated responses) to the care taken in their packaging, is tremendous. My first order with them was on a whim, now they're my go-to company for collectables. Just brilliant.

Speedy delivery, well packed, friendly comms, and item was exactly as described! First rate seller, will definitely use again! A+++++

Figure was excellently packaged, I will definitely be ordering from them again

I've ordered from this shop a few times now and I can't fault the service I've received. Packaged brilliantly and arrives in good time. I love the option of paying up pre orders and I've used this service a few times now. Communication is brilliant - with updates on order status regularly. One of my favourite shops to deal with.

Jaws Quint figure was on order for a few weeks, kept updated regularly with emails etc. Arrived today packaged really well. Great price on the figure and great overall service from Emporium of Cool. Thank you.

Asa Harding again I give emporium of cool five stars needs to be 10 really the guys are really great at customer service the best around like the 80s karate kid cheers ..guys

I pre ordered a figure from emporium of cool and was very impressed with the level of service. I was kept up to date with emails throughout the whole process of the expected arrival to their store and the delivery to my address. Its definitely not something that any other shop does that I've ever brought from and I thought it was a really nice touch. The figure arrived well packed and on time. Can't recommend enough, will definitely be back

Excellent service. Really nice people. Places like this deserve business.

I ordered the Mafex Hush Superman & Batman figures and they are awesome. The figures came 2 days early and very well packaged and all the packaging is biodegradable.

The figures were about £15 cheaper in Emporium of Cool to anywhere else. The customer service is brilliant
I really appreciate the advice to wait for the 2 figures to be released to cut down on shipping costs.

Thank you.

The item arrived in perfect condition. The shipping was fast. I definitely recommend this shop.

Definitely would recommend these guys. Due to obvious reasons to do with current world events, an order I had was delayed for a few weeks, and these guys were so helpful and constantly kept me in the loop when it came to updates. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Purchased a The Iron Giant 1/12 Scale Riobot Iron Giant (Battle Mode) Action Figure. The item arrived very very quickly. I'm super happy with my figurine and can't wait to purchase another from them in the future.

Thank you, Ian (Sales) for preparing my order.

Fantastic, Quick Service and for great price for a genuine figure. I purchased the Ronin Jango Fett it arrived within in 2 days via Royal Mail very well packaged with bubble wrap and foam peanuts. Also, I had a few questions and had to change my address which were both acted on swiftly to make sure my parcel wasn't delayed. I will certainly be purchasing from Emporium of Cool again!

Just wow these guys are very serious what they doing I am impressed every time. Even during pandemic 29/01/2021 my NECA Predator arrived around 2-3 working days (I say this coz other UK collectables shop/websites stores are very slow delivering compared to Emporium of Cool Ltd)
Superb service professional packaging. NECA Predator is just awesome and 100% genuine. Thanks fellas!

Bought 2 items from this store, through eBay. Firstly, Mezco Logan; came in such a short time and over the Christmas period, very impressed. Second, Revoltech Wolverine. In a setting were Revoltech fakes are sold left, right and center... It was genuinely great being able to buy a genuine product for competitive pricing!

I also returned a Nanotech Iron Man. I paid for this figure up front and Emporium of Cool contacted me to inform me that the figure did not come with hands and feet, only the nanno-attachments and due to this, did I still want to go through with my purchase. They did not have to do this, they could have quite easily sent the figure without a single word. I returned and the money was refunded instantly on their half. (All worked out though, spent a few more quid on the Revoltech!)

Will definitely be using this store again!

Absolute best of the best service. The figure arrives so quick and in perfect condition.
Always packed soooo good !
Thanks guys.
Merry Christmas.

Amazing service. Fast delivery and well packed. Great communications too. Will always get back to any queries extremely quickly. Plus you parcel will be packed by Dave! What more do you want? Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

Fantastic customer relations. Pre ordered an item from this store and kept in the loop throughout with detailed and friendly customer service. This was my first experience of buying an item here, even though I’ve been a collector for years. The staff packed the item with care and consideration. Fully recommend anyone to check them out.
