Great communication and superb packaging, never had a need to use customer support.

This is my first time using this company and their service was fantastic, kept me updated on my order and packaged it very well, would definitely buy from them again

Wouldn’t buy collectibles from any other company. Brilliant service as always!

Managed to find limited remaining stock of the Amazing Yamaguchi symbiote after foolishly not preordering in time! Emporium of cool offered a flawless buying experience, good price, good communication, fast delivery and secure packaging. Highly recommend!

Best store online for the scale of figures I collect and they are very flexible with payment options and the nicest customer service, I have been shopping at emporium for a long time now and just cannot recommend highly enough.

I have used Emporium of Cool for a few years now to collect my figures and collectables.

I always find the pre-order system to be easy to use and the communication is excellent. The prices are also very fair.

Every order is logged correctly and I am alerted when dispatching a parcel.

I'd never go anywhere else for my collectables!

Another excellent experience :)
Purchased a Godzilla figure on the 15th June and he arrived on the 17th! Packed with packing peanuts, box and figure in perfect condition. Highly recommend buying from here!

Thank you :)

Guaranteed excellently packaged deliveries every time.
The option of the payment plan is just icing as everything is paid ready for delivery with no balance invoices dropping, just the Inbound Delivery Advice email then the Shipping Advice.

Items were delivered within a good time and were packaged wonderfully.

Fantastic customer service and packaging so secure, even included the Packers name! Updated regularly and the messages very friendly, no question was a hassle to them. Would 100% recommend this company.

As an avid collector who has sourced figures from countless vendors over the years, I can confidently say that Emporium of Cool is in a league of its own.

While I’ve had mixed experiences elsewhere, this shop is consistently top-tier. Not only is their selection perfect for my collection, but the customer service is unmatched. Iain is incredibly friendly and remarkably quick to respond to inquiries at any hour.

I truly hope to be a loyal customer for years to come—they are simply fantastic.
