The team is so fantastic! Shannon is super reliable to answer any questions, clarify anything or just hype you up in general. I love being apart of a community of people who are genuinely here to help you achieve your goals! I am heading into Week 8 and have the intention of staying with Shannon until I reach my goals. I have lost weight, cms off my body and my progress pics are looking really motivating!

El and the team are amazing! I joined the autumn challenge end of last year to help lose weight for my holiday. Having these ladies support me through this journey was just the support I needed. The coaching plan was tailored to me and being a vegetarian the team made sure I maintained my diet to exercise.

I have just finished an 8 week cut and 8 week reverse diet phase to take me back to maintenance. Shannon has provided so much valuable advice and support. I have learned so much about nutrition and training that I will be able to implement from now on. Apart from losing over 7 kilos and 5 cm off my waist I've also improved my sleep, got into the habit of walking at least 9000 steps a day, been able to lift so much more (rwhen I started I only had two 5kg dumbbells 🤣, now I've been using 12 kg ones). I also really appreciate that I've been able to do this all from home and fit it around my other responsibilities. Nutrition-wise, now I understand more about the right macros for me, I've experimented with tasty recipes and have strategies I can use to not lose progress when I have social events.

Ellie and her team are awesome. Very personalized plans with detailed instructions for nutrition and workouts. You get access to so much additional material including delicious recipes, strategies for managing situations that could impact your diet, and a WhatsApp group chat that provides support and suggestions. They are super responsive to all questions and very reassuring even from about 5k miles away!

I’ve been working closely with Shannon and she leaves detailed and thoughtful responses each week. They really take the time to get to know their clientele and make a structured but realistic plan for you. Love them and I’d definitely consider doing another 12 week session with them.

Ellena, Shannon and Lizzy are the most supportive PT’s I have ever had. I have been feeling so out of shape after having my 2 girls and they have really helped me with my training and understanding the importance of nutrition, the macros and increasing my protein intake. You girls really are amazing at what you do, and the none stop support they provide on WhatsApp is incredible, especially the weekly check ins or just checking a menu before I go out for a meal! Thank you ladies, you are really making a difference to me physically and mentally! Xx

I signed up for the new year challenge and have been really enjoying the tailored workouts, nutrition advice, and constant communication. The coaches have helped me learn how to make healthy choices at social events and understanding the importance of nutrition for seeing results at the gym.

I’ve been working with Ellie and the team since the start of 2025 and can’t recommend them highly enough! They’ve helped me to fall back in love with fitness and nutrition again, but in a way that fits around my life and is completely enjoyable, not a chore. The support network they’ve built is fab; they’re there with you every step of the way.

I’ve been working with Ellie as my coach since the start of 2025, and honestly feel so much better in myself; not only the way I look but the way I feel. I’ve just finished my first coaching with Lizzy and I would definitely be back again, she’s been so supportive and approachable the whole time, and you feel like you are chatting with a friend; even when things have got in the way of staying on track; and I’ve really enjoyed my weekly check ins with her. It’s a holistic approach to all of your goals, and I think one of the biggest things I’ve learnt is that if you track your food properly you can actually eat more than you think, and still make progress. And protein is key! I now have something to aim for, and I will be back for more coaching in the near future for some new goals.

I’m on week 2 on my training programme with Ellena and the gang and I’m absolutely loving it. The whole team is knowledgable, friendly, approachable and hands on. I’m loving the workouts, which show me I don’t need to spend hours in the gym to feel like I’ve done a good workout (essential for a mum of 2). And I’ve ate soo much yummy food I don’t feel like I’m on a “diet”. I can’t wait to see the end results.

I started my 12 week course with Lizzy when I was 13 weeks postpartum. I can honestly say she's given me my confidence back as I was at such a low point after giving birth and accepting the change in my body. She was so lovely to work with each week and really supports you and cheers for you, I honestly looked forward to my check-ins with her each week and not only hearing my progress but also about her and her boys! 🥰 Ellie and Shannon are also amazing. They offer their support and advice too. You never feel like any question is stupid with them and they are honestly so supportive.

My results are insane. I honestly wouldn't be in the position I am without them, and I just want to thank them so much. Especially Lizzy for putting in so much effort and really making you feel like she's got you. I'll actually miss our check ins but feel like I've made a new mummy friend and I'll deffo keep in touch and potentially use her again in the future for training! Thank you thank you 💕

I embarked on my 8 week challenge at the end of October as although I was going to the gym I was stuck at 70kg and couldn’t seem to get any improvements, my diet was all over the place and I wasn’t sure what it needed to be to see the results I wanted. Ellie, Shannon and Lizzie were amazing, I’ve gained so much knowledge in this time and I now weigh 63kg and have gone from a medium to an extra small ! I honestly cannot believe it, and everyone has complemented how amazing I look. To add to this, I’ve not felt hungry as they’ve taught me how to track my food and make the most of my calories, so it’s felt as though I’m eating more and eating cheat meals daily as I love everything I’ve eaten! The workouts were daunting at first as I wasn’t confident in the gym but now I feel so confident and I know what I’m doing. I couldn’t thank the girls enough, I’ve learnt so much in a short period and have began 2025 feeling my absolute best, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Shannon was a superstar doing my check ins every Monday and I learnt so much regarding nutrition and how to implement increasing my weights etc, she’s changed my whole mindset. I have just finished the 12 week nutrition and training plan. This has enabled me to really progress in the gym and feel so much stronger. I have actually noticed changes in my body shape and have felt more confident than I have done for a long time! It’s also helped me to understand macros and how to hit my protein goals!! The girls are so so lovely and supportive. Any questions you have they’re more than happy to answer, nothing is ever too much trouble. The workouts and food plan is amazing, I don’t feel like I’m starving or working out for hours on end. It’s changed my entire outlook on food and exercise. I highly reccomend them!

I have been with Ellena Fit coaching working with Lizzie for a year and a half now. Lizzie has been amazing at guidance and helping me with anything I've needed. I've learnt so much, not just about the gym, but listening to my body and what it needs. Food really is fuel. I've never pushed myself so much training before and have really seen a change in my body that I never thought I would. Lizzie has also taught me that you can still enjoy life and have the foods you love not restricting yourself.
