J’en suis toujours au même point depuis bientôt 2 mois !! ce sont des réponses automatiques. Je ne veux pas payer les frais postaux pour le retour . C’est eux qui ont fait une erreur . J’ai reçu 2 bouts de chiffons !!

I ordered 2 dresses and both were atrocious. Nothing like the photos at all. Very bad and poor workmanship and extremely bad customer service. They said they would provide a 50% refund and it has been nearly 2 months and the refund has not shown up. I keep getting generic automated responses via email from them. They do not address any of my questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I placed an order for 2 dresses and order arrived no problem. BUT it was nothing like what I ordered. This website is a scam and wish I read the reviews before ordering. The dresses that came are not dresses they are the lining of the dresses, seriously bad workmanship and bad everything.

Me llegaron dos vestidos mal hechos, descocidos, sin bolsas y yo había pedido un vestido para mi graduación. Cabe aclarar que nada que ver con lo que yo pedí, me llegó un estampado y una tela de plástico y se puede ver por dentro todo, ósea es casi transparente. Ahora tengo que correr a buscar otro vestido porque el que iba a usar en mi graduación no llegó 🥲

Ce site est une véritable arnaque !!! Commande passée le 9 février 2025, nous sommes aujourd’hui le 23 mai 2025 et toujours rien. La commande est toujours en attente d’expédition.
3 mails envoyés avec pour retour la même réponse automatique… « nous faisons notre maximum pour vous faire parvenir votre colis. PATIENCE »
Je vous déconseille fortement ce site, sauf si vous avez de l’argent à perdre.

I placed an order on this website and after more than 3 weeks, the product was still marked as "processing". I sent multiple emails asking for updates, but only received copy-paste responses, with no real solution or concern for the customer.

Eventually, I requested a refund, and the reply was outrageous: they would only return my money with a 15% "processing fee", even though the delay and lack of communication were entirely their fault.

I strongly believe this website is a scam and should be held accountable. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this site, so they don’t go through the same frustrating and costly experience.

It is Scam!!! Don’t waist money and time!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I can only reiterate what others have said. They steal photos from other sites to con you into buying. So far I have received 1/4 of my order (taken 3 weeks so far). One dress has arrived and it is so bad it is almost funny, horrible fabric, see through, badly sewn and NOTHING like the picture on their site. Totally unwearable. They do answer emails but only to tell me to be patient, they ignore my requests for a refund. Please don't waste your money.
