My experience!
Long time a go I ordered dress!Was waiting with hope. My order never shipped! I tried wrote emails ,but no answer.To reach company impossible. So,no dress,no money,no hope!
I think, company scamming people with nice pictures and that way making money.

I can't believe what this company is doing to customers, I order a dress for my son's weeding and what I received is a cheap rope, the material and the dress nothing like the picture, I won't even wear as PJ.
I being trying to get a return address by email them to get my money back and they haven't respond. I notice in the website there is no address or phone numb to contact a representative to complain.
please do not order ever in this company it is a rip off :(.

Es toda una estafa te envían un trapo de tela pero no el traje por la cual se pagó. NO COMPRES en elepasion y luego NO te reembolsan. Es toda una mentira.

Unbelievable that they get away with taking your money to practically send shreds I couldn’t even bring to the charity shop… Absolutely no resemblance to photos on their website. Steer clear!

Cero estrellas desepcion nada que ver con la imagen de la foto tela de forro de vestidos compre 2 totalmente diferentes en color y modelo y me envían dos del mismo desastre de tela sería mucho decirle. No te envían etiquetas de devolución y menos reembolso te dejan sin ayuda . Compartan información son páginas para estafar
Tardaron más 26 días en enviarme un disfraz de lo peor
Con razón no dejan poner fotos pk sobrarían las palabras

Son unos estafadores, Pedi 3 articulos El vestido no es lo que Pedi es un trapo transparentes mal cocido, no es vestido es cualquier cosa. el enterizo totalmente un trapo transparente, encima envias un correo solicitando donde se debe hacer la devolucion y no te dan respuesta, son unos estafadores, no deberian existir esta pagina.

This company is crap.
I received my order and could not believe how terrible the clothing looked. Nothing like what I ordered.
I hope this company gets caught stealing from people like myself. I will never ever buy from this company and I will make sure I
tell everyone who shops online not to shop from elepasion. It's a real disgrace. I learned my lesson.

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas regardé les commentaires avant!! FRAUDE! ARNAQUE!! commandé 1 article pour un mariage, reçu 2 bouts de chiffon qui n'ont rien à voir...C'est bien rodé , catalogue en ligne, sur Pinterest, NE PAS ACHETE, ne pas PAYER SANS PAYPAL la prochaine fois!!! Sacré belle arnaque!
Bien dommage que je puisse montrer les photos de la commande et ce que j'ai reçu!

Total scam. We bought one dress. What arrived it is totally different design and colour. The fabric is very thin, of very poor quality. The stitches look like Frankenstein, appalling quality.
We asked to have a reimbursement. They say OK, but then that we have to send it back to China. However, the package with which they send it to us has a UK address. Sending it back to China would cost more than the dress.

A dos meses de haber pagado un vestido, nunca llegó. No dan respuesta de la entrega y fui bloqueada de su página por solicitar información para la entrega de mi pedido.
Esta empresa no es confiable! Sus ventas son fraude. Tengan mucho cuidado.

1* and only because I can't put less! The clothing looked great. The pricing had my hand on the red flag but after that? Nothing. When I contacted them I got a standard response, 'please be patient'... They didn't take PayPal so thankfully I used a card that had purchase protection. I have my money back. No product. Stupid way to learn not to do that again. Why on earth can these 'businesses' continue?

Bonjour ce site est un véritable arnaque ne pas commander, vous allez perdre votre argent.
Commande envoyée dans un autre département impossible à récupérer, 4 jours que elepasion mue demande le numéro de commande 4 jour que je leur répond, ils ne lisent pas les mails.
Attention à vous arnaque garantie.

I bought a dress and I puy also an express shipping and 20 days now nothing came to me!! I send emails almost everyday but always thee same answer!! They only want to steal our money!! Stay away from this fake website!! They steal money!!!

El sitio elepasion.com es un fraude. Promocionan vestidos de fiesta formales y mandan un pedazo de tela transparente, mal cosido que no tiene nada que ver con la imagen. Yo tenía 2 pedidos en tránsito y después de ver lo que me llegó en el primer pedido quise cancelar el segundo pedido y no me dejaron, me contestaron que no se podía cancelar y que no había devoluciones. Es un fraude a todas luces. Los invito a denunciar el sitio web en la policía cibernética en sus países para que bloqueen la página.

What they advertise online is very far from reality. I got a dress that , first of all was atrocious looking, very small and cheap looking . Don’t ever buy from this company. I want a full refund!
