Ordered a monitor, delivery was prompt, all was looking good. Minor scuffs on the panel that weren't mentioned in the "A Grade" listing, but I was prepared to put up with that for the price.
After a couple of days the monitior developed vertical bands and then 2 days later the panel failed entirely and woud no longer displayed video.
As there was no Samsung warranty available despite this being listed as "New" I contacted them to arrange collection for repair. Communication was non-existent after the monitor had been collected so I chased for an update a week later. I was informed that they had not yet recieved the monitor and would start work next week when they received it.
Another week went by with no comms so I chased again. When I again received no response I contacted them to arrange a refund. An immediate response came back advising that the monitor was with their engineer and I would get an update the next day, however, as my confidence was non-existent at this point I requested a refund.
To their credit I have received a full refund, however, the 1* review is due to the product not being as listed and the terrible communication over the month long process.

described as having a scratch on the screen, Upon inspection the scratch was completely unnoticeable, 👌 a real bargain at the price. Delivery was fast and reliable, courier even unpacked and checked that it was working.

What i ordered is exactly what i got! I'd been toying with the idea of using Electronic World, but never ordered anything until i saw the 65" Sony Bravia TV in pristine condition. Just came without a stand or wall bracket. This was perfect for me & my new house. The cost was too good to not go for it. I received confirmation immediately and a couple days later a shipping confirmation. All went smoothly. The delivery guys tested the TV was in full working order before leaving, which i thought was a nice touch. Thank you Electronic World - i'm sure i'll be purchasing more from you again in the future! :) 10/10
