Great tv, terrible aftermarket remote control, I emailed customer services and never got a reply.

Couldn’t ask for more, clearly outlined and detailed description of the TV and its faults (of which they were minuscule). Arrived as portrayed online and I couldn’t be happier, great company and service

Placed order for decent price of Sony A95L.
Tv arrived with replaced from lower tier remote.
3 screws missing from wall mount
And without camera which supposed to be as a bundle.
Contacted for a resolution - no response.
Your call if to use then, but I can guarantee that description which they are placing for their tvs are not accurate, so expect a little surprises

Do not trust this company. Awful, awful awful customer service. TVs are never as they say they are and when you send it back to get repaired, they say it is broken and don't offer a refund or anything in return. They just hope you forget about it. Never trust this company, don't give them your money. The bunch of them are crooks

I bought an LG OLED55C2 (55”), listed as Grade A with just some scratches on the back. I was fine with that.

Right from the start, the sound was off – muffled, no bass, almost broken. I mentioned this, but decided to live with it and bought a soundbar.

Now, less than 18 months later, the TV completely died – red standby light only, no picture or sound.

During repair I found out the shocking truth: inside my C2 was actually a main board from a 48” LG C3, made in July 2023. My TV itself was manufactured in October 2022. In other words, it had already been tampered with and fitted with the wrong board before it reached me.

So the bad sound from day one and the total failure now make sense. Grade A was supposed to mean light cosmetic damage, not hidden internal swaps from a different model.

I reached out to the seller but so far got nowhere. If they continue to ignore me, I’ll be taking this further – through Citizens Advice and, if needed, to Small Claims Court under the Consumer Rights Act.

This whole experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend buying from this seller.

I have bought three tv’s from here over the last 10 years and all have been fantastic. I had one issue with a backlight after 8 months and it was repaired without any questions or issues which is also testament to their warranty and after service.

I can honestly say that this was the worst customer service x product x price experience I’ve ever had. These guys sold me a duff telly which they failed to repair, tried then fobbing me off telling me their “policy” which was in plain defiance of my legal rights, after which they just straight up ignored me for weeks so had to file a small claims court, which they settled without question but never once apologised or offered any goodwill. I also filed a subject access request which was also ignored and to date unfulfilled. The very clear feeling you’re just a dupe to be milked and ignored when you make a fuss, coupled with a clear sense that whatever the law says is another inconvenience to be worked around.

Fast delivery. Great product. No problems at all.

Fair price for the TV and It was good experience with "Electronicworld".

I've bought 2 TV's from Electronic world. I live in London...first TV I bought 5 plus years ago. Gave it to a family member when I bought second TV earlier this year.

The prices are beyond unbelievable. I already recommend Electronic World to friends and family.

I'll never go anywhere else to buy a TV...EVER.

The level of carelessness upon delivery was inexcusable, they completely wrecked my home and badly damaged the item I had purchased.

Really impressed with the TV I purchased from here. I bought a Graded A Samsung S95D 65 Inch TV for about £800.00 less than list price elsewhere. Item exactly as described, in mint condition and in original box. 2 screws missing to mount the one connect box to stand and the power cable didn't work. However these were very cheap and easy to replace myself and to be expected with a Graded purchase such as this. The staff on the phone and delivery drivers were very polite and helpful.

The only reason I have given 4 Stars not 5 is just about Communication which I think could be improved. After purchase, I got one email confirmation. I didn't hear anything for 4 days so I called up myself to arrange delivery. Arranged for the Monday. On the Sunday I missed a call, called back 30 mins later and they confirmed as I hadn't confirmed my delivery on Monday (Even though I called up and confirmed the day before) they now were moving my delivery to the Tuesday. Product arrived Tuesday exactly as described. Very happy, I just think a little better communication on email re. delivery would help.

Remember to check what 'Grade' product you are buying, they are very transparent about any issues and the quantity of pictures and attention to detail on any marks / damage is very clear before you purchase.

I've been coming to ElectronicWorldTV for over 10 years and I can say that the customer service and quality of their products is fantastic.

Over the 10 years I still have the TVs I have bought and they remain in perfect working order.

Had a fantastic experience with the staff at Electronic World in Birmingham, unfortunately the delivery company they use damaged my TV and i was most upset about this, after sending all the photos and letting them know what had happened they didn’t question me and promptly replaced my TV with an even better one 2 days later.

The quality of the TV + the discounted rate they offer them out at is phenomenal value and combined with the customer service it’s as good as any wholesaler of electrical goods if not far better.

I purchased a LG B9 55" oled TV back in 2022.
I almost forgot the name of this company, I wanted to report back a late review. As a more mature one will hold up better.
The TV has not degraded in anyway since i received it.
It has been moved between a few houses and no extra damage.
I am still very happy with the TV i purchased.
The hdmi 2.1 is a blessing for 4K gaming with G-sync.
I praise this company for the service they provide, I highly recommend if your shopping on a budget.

Purchased an LGTV in May of last year. It had intermittent issues starting up from early on and by October it was so frequent that we contacted the company for help. They offered a repair and took the better part of a month end-to-end to get it collected, repaired and returned. When it was returned it came back without the remote so we lost another week. Even then the remote came without batteries so they managed to pinch those too. When I pointed this out I never got a reply.

In February of this year the problem started again. Now it’s totally failed so unable to turn it on at all. Awaiting a reply but so far so rubbish…

Having being diagnosed with advanced cancer, I decided to take my mind off my situation by buying a new TV. I purchased one from Electronic World which is owned by a Mr Hussain.
The sale went smoothly the £630 being taken for the set. Then nothing no communication from the company or the the third party courier service they were using for the free delivery. Eventually I organised the delivery myself. The TV however, arrived a day late with items missing screws for the stand and the solar remote. After these arrived the item was setup only to find it didn’t work. The company was contacted and I was told they didn’t have another TV in stock to replace the broken one. As soon as I finished this call I looked on their website only to find the same TV as mine for sale online. I phoned them back and was told yes I could use this one to replace my broken one but it had scratches on the screen. When I mentioned there was no mention of this in the item description online they said it was an oversight on their behalf.
I elected for a refund. This could not happen until the TV was picked up. As the couriers didn’t answer incoming calls I had to wait until they contacted me
The TV was eventually picked up and a refund issued. This whole experience which started in early April has been so stressful and inconvenient and detrimental to my present condition. So at the end of May I still find myself without a TV contemplating my pending course of gruelling cancer treatment.

Ordered a monitor, delivery was prompt, all was looking good. Minor scuffs on the panel that weren't mentioned in the "A Grade" listing, but I was prepared to put up with that for the price.
After a couple of days the monitior developed vertical bands and then 2 days later the panel failed entirely and woud no longer displayed video.
As there was no Samsung warranty available despite this being listed as "New" I contacted them to arrange collection for repair. Communication was non-existent after the monitor had been collected so I chased for an update a week later. I was informed that they had not yet recieved the monitor and would start work next week when they received it.
Another week went by with no comms so I chased again. When I again received no response I contacted them to arrange a refund. An immediate response came back advising that the monitor was with their engineer and I would get an update the next day, however, as my confidence was non-existent at this point I requested a refund.
To their credit I have received a full refund, however, the 1* review is due to the product not being as listed and the terrible communication over the month long process.
