This application cost me the most. I tried to cheap out with it on a EDB recovery case, and it was a massive mistake. It literally messed things up, from missing contacts to removing letters from email addresses, to showing Errors but simulating it was still doing something until hours later showing the logs with the Errors. Such a Waste of Time. I even restored a Database from a Backup and same issues. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS

Migrating IMAP email server users to Microsoft 365

I have used this for a couple of months, and today's attempt to add a few users for a reasonable price just got me totally ticked off, and are the last straw. Here are my comments.

1. You pay for a number of users, but when you go to add more users, they start the clock all over again, so you get totally SOAKED if you need to only add a few users. My client is VERY unhappy about this. I was first offered a discount for chump change; they then increased the discount a bit, but it's far from enough.

2. Program "works" but is VERY spotty. Skips entire mailboxes sometimes. Interface is not particularly intuitive. They do have 24x7 chat support, which is a generally good but the back-end tech and renewal issues are supposedly not under the control of their support techs. Recent migration of large mailboxes skipped THOUSANDS of messages.

3. You give a migration pass a name, and set filter contents, but neither of these show up in the log for that migration pass. Kind of silly.

Alas, I would find another migration solution until they can prove that the above issues are addressed.

Scammers. Like many of these edb toos, this is yet another scam unfortunately.

"Best product for Exchange migration"
Very easy installation and no help is required for configuring the migration. We could perform smooth cross-domain migration from the old to the new Exchange server, without the need to migrate all data at once. We started the migration with the data from the last two months and were able to migrate the rest of the data using incremental migration. Thankfully, this saved us from having duplicates on our new Exchange Server. We definitely recommend it with a "thumbs up".

Using EdbMails has always been a breeze. It is user-friendly, simple and quick. EdbMails Support is always available to offer help and answer your questions. I like EdbMails recovery capabilities. Despite its low price, it's an extremely powerful recovery tool when compared to others. I have tested a lot of other tools but only EdbMails works
with special Czech alphabets

A few days ago I bought a license for 2 computers. shortly after, one broke and I wanted to install the software on another computer but couldn't. The software can only be installed 2 times. Their solution is that you buy another license ... a scam

First I had some suspicues about the software, but I give it a try and I am pleased about it works.
It's easy and simple.
I had a issue exporting EDB to office365, and the technical support was very fast to answer me, and they connect remotely and help me to solve the issue that was with Microsoft account.
I recommend this tool for sure.
I have the tech license and I already recover mail from DB to pst and migrate one local exchange to cloud.

very good software, I used it to restore from EDB to PST and it was easy.
however i faced one problem which is the flagged Emails were cleared when restored.
I tried to restore from EDB to live exchange and I face the same problem with flagged emails, the flags were cleared.
Is there any option let me restore the flaged Emails?

Before we buy a pack of licenses we only had a chance to test with a trial version that able us to migrate only 10 mails for one e-mail account, who was very insuficient to know if it was really reliable or not, but they said several times and had in their EULA that there was a warranty of 30 days, so we buy 44 licenses expecting that in case of having issues it would be possible to be refunded.
In the first 2 weeks we made a full migration, and a incremental in all 44 accounts. As a start, we made random searchs for folders and mails in some accounts, and notice that there was in some, missing mails and even folders with lots of mails. After knowing this we went in edbmail logs searching for reasons to this to happean and where it had happean, but there was nothing mentioning non of those missing folders and mails, leaving us in a situation that we didnt knew the full extention of what was migrated and what was missing in Office365.
So, as a normal procedure for us, we contact edbmail support, who was very quick responding and trying to help.
At the beginning, there was a first attempt from them to solve the issue remotely through RD, they tried to repeat the migration process and they notice that the issue continues, so they check all the available logs, who lead to a new version. I installed that new version but there was no difference, so I contact them again, and same procedure, but this time they spent a lot more time trying to migrate, who lead to a new software version.
We gave another try with that second version, but same result, missing folders and mails, even trying several times the incremental migration, and nothing being registed in logs.
Seeing no results, and spended 2 weeks with edbmail support, we ask for a refund since we let them know with even 2 weeks left for the end of warranty, mentioning that there was no results in any of those updates, and we didnt had time for beta testings in production servers, but there was no response from them till now, even trying a second contact trying to get a refund.
Fortunatly I found another software called bittitan who is a bit more expensive but a lot more better, and they gave us a trial version to fully test with 2 accounts without any limitations, so we have only bought a pack after be sure that it was working properly.
I really, really advise you to rethink before using this software, if your mail content is important or not, because there is a big chance to miss a lot mails, at least, migrating from Exchange 2007 to Offic365, and in case of counting with a refund, you know what you can expect with that warranty time...

When I requested the additional function for nsf to pst conversion tool, the developers improved it for about a week. My customer is pleased to use this tool frequently. I really appreciate this company's quick action.

Got a personal license just for $99 USD and exported my offline mailboxes from EDB file to Outlook. Wanted to install more than 2 computers and their support guided me to upgrade to 10 computer licenses by paying a difference amount. They are honest and took only $50 USD and upgraded my license. This is the second week now and today I have upgraded to their corporate edition to perform offline to live Exchange direct migration. Their support assisted me on remote access on my request and the migration is running now. Great software for Exchange recovery and migrations. Their software is really nice and the product cost is too low. I recommend everyone to go for it.

The software is nice, however,
I purchased a personal licence for two PC as a lifetime licence.
Latter Changed my PC. I tried to install the software again but it said I reached to PC limit.
I contacted customer service and explain to them to remove the old PC from their database, They said it is not possible and I must buy another license.
So the license is not actually a lifetime. They just fool the customer,
Basically they think customers are stupid.

We had a client with a old exchange and 3 edb files that were corrupted, I purchased their software. It's really nice powerful software and it works very well and uploads to office 365 like a charm...and when I needed support: These guys are the best. They actually helped and spent days extracting pst out of a corrupt EDB file for me and my client. the edb mails didn't read the data so they did it by hand. The best service by far! I would recommend their product to everyone.

An excellent product. Was able to export complete mailboxes from the OST file that i recovered after a hard disk crash pretty quickly.

I was so frustrated as i was getting an event id 455 error when trying to mount EDB , after trying out a handful of tools that google threw at me i was able to get complete extraction of all my mailbox data through EdbMails only.

After a lot a searching found this amazing tool. All my edb data was safely recovered thanks to edbmails. A big thumbs up from me
