EdbMails Arvostelua

I had an OST file left over from an old Outlook setup and needed to get at a few emails that weren’t reachable through the original account anymore. I wasn’t sure how much would still be recoverable, so I gave EdbMails OST to PST Converter a try more in hope than expectation.
Finding my way around it was simpler than I expected. The part I appreciated was being able to scan the file and preview the mailbox items first, so I could actually see the emails I was after were in there before committing to the conversion.
The process itself was uneventful, though the scan did take a while on a larger file, so I just left it running and came back to it. Exporting what it found to a PST was exactly what I needed.
If you’ve got an old OST lying around and no working Outlook profile to open it with, this gets the job done without much fuss.

Edbmails Handled Our Microsoft 365 Migration More Smoothly Than We Expected

I used EdbMails for an email-related task and found it quite straightforward. It took a little getting used to, but I was able to get what I needed done.

We used EdbMails for an Office 365 mailbox migration project. The software was easy to work with, and the migration process was straightforward. The mailboxes were migrated successfully, and the data was transferred as expected.Whenever we had questions, the support team responded quickly and provided clear answers. Communication was smooth throughout the project, which helped us complete the migration without unnecessary delays.

Our deployment of EdbMails was limited to managing OST to PST conversion, Exchange Server tasks, and IMAP mailbox migrations.

The software performed the extraction of datasets from offline storage files as expected, maintaining the existing folder hierarchies and item metadata during the process. The tool mapped the data accurately to the target Exchange and IMAP servers, and the active data transfer remained stable without crashing.

The software's interface is functional, though it requires precise setting selection when configuring granular data filters. While initial indexing operations on larger mailboxes take a significant amount of processing time, the overall stability during data transfer met our technical requirements.

It’s useful only as long as you can actually use it. I bought a license for two PCs and installed it on one (a virtual server that has been running for years); now that I need it, it claims the license has already been used on two devices and demands a license upgrade. It’s a total scam—stay away.

This is probably the most relatable benefit for our IT team. Before using EdbMails, mailbox migrations and user data transfers had a habit of throwing unexpected errors at the least convenient time. Someone would suddenly notice missing folders or broken formatting, and our team would have to scramble to sort it out manually. Now that the entire migration process is handled centrally through EdbMails, those stressful interruptions and data consistency issues have gone down considerably.

We migrated from an on-premises Exchange setup to Exchange Online using EDBMails months ago, and it was nothing but trouble. Appointment details were incorrect, times were wrong, the organizer was replaced by the mailbox owner, and first and last names were mismatched. Support made countless promises but kept none of them. We ended up with more problems than we started with. We recently migrated another tenant, and once again, we faced nothing but issues. We encountered the same problem regarding Outlook and the meeting organizer; Teams chats weren't actually migrated but simply saved into a folder—what nonsense, that’s hardly a solution. You claim on your website that Teams data gets migrated, but that simply isn't the case. Teams meetings didn't even transfer over as actual calendar events. It’s been total chaos, and we are furious customers. I strongly advise against using this product or company. We never received a refund, so we are now taking legal action to claim damages. It is absolutely outrageous.

We used EdbMails IMAP Migration to move mailboxes from our cPanel sever to Office 365, and it worked exactly as we hoped. The setup was straightforward, and the tool handled everything -- folders, attachments, read/unread status -- without any data loss. It even supported staged migration with incremental sync, which was a huge help. No complicated scripts or manual steps. Just a smooth, reliable experience. Highly recommended for anyone doing email transfers.

We recently used EdbMails for migrating from Exchange to Office 365 and the experience was smooth and stress-free. The tool handled emails, calendars, contacts, and even public folders without any data loss.

What stood out for me was the performance and reliability — multiple mailboxes migrated concurrently, and the incremental sync ensured there were no duplicates even after interruptions. The interface is straightforward, so we didn’t have to waste time on complicated configurations or PowerShell scripts.

Their support team was fantastic as well — quick responses and clear guidance whenever we had questions.

If you’re looking for a secure, fast, and easy-to-use migration solution, I highly recommend EdbMails for Exchange Migration. It saved us a lot of time and effort.

Choosing the right tool for our Office 365 migration was an important decision. What immediately stood out about EdbMails was how thoughtfully designed it is. The setup was straightforward, the interface clear, and the entire process was easy to follow without being overly technical.

The migration itself went smoothly. All mailboxes, folders, and permissions were carried over exactly as they were — no missing data, no downtime.

EdbMails provided exactly what was needed: a reliable, stress-free solution that just worked. If you are looking for a tool that performs the job properly without unnecessary complications, I would be more than happy to recommend it.

We used EdbMails to migrate over 1,000 mailboxes from our on-prem Exchange to Office 365, and the experience was smoother than we expected. For a project of this scale, we anticipated complications, but the tool handled everything reliably. The interface was straightforward, and the incremental sync feature let us move data in stages without interrupting daily work. Even large mailboxes and multiple domains migrated cleanly. Whenever we had questions, their support team responded quickly and knew what they were doing. EdbMails made what could’ve been a stressful process surprisingly manageable.

We used EdbMails to migrate over 600 mailboxes between two Office 365 tenants during a company merger, and the tool consistently delivered reliable performance. Its intuitive interface allowed us to manage the migration without any scripting, and features like mailbox mapping, filtering, and delta migration gave us full control and flexibility. The process was efficient, with no data loss or user disruption, and we were able to complete everything within our planned timeline. EdbMails made the entire migration process significantly easier and more manageable.

Migrating our Exchange environment was a critical task, and after researching several options, we decided to try EdbMails Exchange Migration software. From start to finish, the process was efficient and well-organized, making a complex project much more manageable.

The software’s intuitive design allowed us to quickly navigate through the migration steps without requiring extensive technical expertise. What impressed me was how accurately it preserved mailbox data and folder structures, ensuring nothing was lost or misplaced during the transfer.

Additionally, the tool handled large volumes of data with ease, allowing us to migrate everything in a timely manner without interruptions. The clear reporting features also helped us track progress and verify results at each stage.

Overall, EdbMails provided a dependable solution that reduced the stress typically associated with migrations, and I would recommend it to any organization looking for a straightforward, robust Exchange migration tool.

I had a corrupted Exchange database (EDB) and needed to recover important emails. This tool made it super easy—just a few clicks, and I got everything back in PST format without any hassle. The interface is simple, even for non-techies, and the recovery process is fast. Plus, it keeps the folder structure intact, which is a huge plus. If you ever need to extract emails from an EDB file, this is the perfect tool. Highly recommended! 👍

I upgraded this product as per advice from their on-line chat. It has taken over two weeks for them to get it to work while they blamed Microsoft 365 (that new and never used product) for causing throttling issues. It has been a truly awful experience from arrogant staff. Honestly you would think I was the first person to try moving email from a 365 server.

I was hit by ransomware and had to reinstall on the same computer it was previously running on, support would not allow this as we had already installed the software before on the same pc and wanted to sell us an upgrade the cost over 50% of the original purchase price. Really crap service in a time of need.

purchased this a few years ago for an exchange migration, needed to migrate it an other server a few years later and the software still worked and even got the updates for the new server.
Works flawless and easy to use, would def buy something of these guys again

I recently switched my Exchange server setup, and I want to share my great experience with EdbMails Exchange migration software. It made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.

First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable EdbMails is. The cost-effectiveness didn't mean I had to compromise on quality – that was a big win for me.
The software's ability to handle multiple mailboxes at once stood out. I could migrate up to 20 mailboxes simultaneously, which saved me so much time and effort.

But what truly made EdbMails shine was their customer support. They offer 24/7 technical assistance for free. Having access to expert help around the clock gave me peace of mind throughout the migration.

I highly recommend EdbMails to anyone considering an Exchange migration. It's user-friendly, budget-friendly, and their customer support is top-notch.
