Ecolab Arvostelua 

Poor communication. Ghosting. Rep and corporate is not responsive to the multiple people from my org trying to reach out to them. I cannot get ahold of them to get training information after my company purchased the training. Cannot get ahold of them to get the refund due to not responding or allowing people from my company to begin training.

We leased a commercial dish machine and it was the worst vendor experience in 25 years of business. We never received chemicals that we paid for and when the tech came to remove the machine he damaged our plumbing waste lines on out of pure laziness. The sales rep made many false promises and the corporate office was no help at all.

Stole our dishwasher deposit after we returned the equipment. Started ghosting / ignoring us completely, top down from sales reps to customer service people. If you get a hold of them they'll say they're going to send the money then they never do, and become unresponsive.

Really bad company to avoid at any cost. They also give money to thiefs like the Glazers

Can not do right for wrong at this place. Stop work authority, forget it, you only have that right on paper. The management tell you they will listen to what you have to say, that will fall on deaf ears and every meeting contains an insult from the management. Can not access any payslips and those I have been sent are not a legal payslip. I can not wait to get out, the sooner the better.

Really bad customer service and they sponsor ownership who steal money.

Passages non réalisés, je refuse donc de payer et Ecolab me promet de revenir vers notre entreprise pour trouver une solution... à la place de cela je reçois un peu plus tard le courrier d'un cabinet de recouvrement

Leider sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Firma.

Des voleurs tout simplement.

Ça te facture l année suivante en reconduction tacite, tranquille.
Ça bosse pas mais ça facture.. Des génies ou des escrocs on sait plus trop..

Zwar teurer als die meisten anderen, dies ist aber aufgrund des großen Außendienstteams nachvollziehbar.

Commande passée début février jamais reçue. Plusieurs relances par mail pas de retour, le site ne permet pas d'écrire un avis, pas d'adresse rien. A fuir

Service client ne répond jamais, les produits arrivés ne correspondent pas à ce que j’ai commandé et surtout qualité médiocre ! C’est clairement du aliexpress...

Produit non reçu, le colis à été réexpédiée à l'entrepôt, sans essayer de mon contacter.
Mais le pire vient du lieu de localisation de l’entrepôt. On en parle du coton tige écologique américain, fabriqué en Chine ?! Bravo l'hypocrisie !

Jamais de retour via l'email du service client, commande reçue par miracle (pas grâce au nombreux mail de contact que j'ai envoyé) et produit ne correspondant pas... Le site ne propose pas de donner son avis, on voir bien que les avis laissés sont faux.

Commande jamais reçu, au lieu de s’excuser le sav est plutôt agressif et indique que le colis a bien été livré et ne propose pas de solution. A fuir. Je ne renouvelle pas ma triste expérience et demande un remboursement via paypal.

Dårlig oplevelse, levere ikke til tiden, selvom man flere gange rykker for en bekræftelse. Kender mange der har haft samme oplevelse.
