Paid an invoice and spoken to there team countless times and they sent DEBT COLLECTORS!!! I showed EasyTanslate and debt collector the PAID invoice and they said it was finally sorted. Just got another email saying debt collectors coming AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Ive spent over 15 hours sorting and they have zero skills in communication...ironically

Poor quality
The quality has really gone down the drain. My experience earlier was great but that is not the case any more. The translations have been so poor that our client asked us to find another agency for a new translation. Even though - we had to pay EasyTranslate!

We are sorry that the translation did not live up to your clients expectations. We always aim for the best quality possible. It is a part of our service to do stylisitic corrections after the translation is delivered, but we never heard any feedback on the translation - so we assumed that everything was okay. Usually when we recieve feedback shortly after delivery we are very quick and keen to go in and make stylistic adjustments to add the finishing touches.
In regards to payment, in this situation - we have to stick to our terms, since we did not receive any feedback about the translation task - before our payment reminder. Our translator has used time to do the translation, and of course requires payment for the work done.

It was the most horrible experience i have ever had with translation companies. They had to translate our text from english to finish, the whole translation was just gibrish like they used Google translate but even google translate is better. I made a complaint and had to follow up with them over a MONTH to get smth back. And now i got the reply that the new version is ready and when i opened the file it was empty with a note "set as completed but I didn’t remember to download the Finnish textfile! Sorry!!!Best wishes". Stay away from this company if you want to get a proper translation.

Second chance
We ordered a few concepts translated - from English into 3 other European languages. The first round of translations was not satisfying - with many words and phrases which didn't make any sense. EasyTranslate listened to our complains, reworked the translations and proved in the ened that they can deliver a high quality. I would give even 5 stars if the high quality would have delivered in the first go.

Versprechungen können bei weitem nicht erfüllt werden!
Leider zum zweiten Mal ein Reinfall. Weder die vereinbarten Termine wurden eingehalten, noch entsprach die Qualität unseren Erwartungen - eine Muttersprachlerin, die angeblich Linguistin sein sollte, konnten wir in den Übersetzungen nicht erkennen. Satzstellungsfehler; Kommafehler; Wortkreationen, die nicht existieren; unverständliche Übersetzungen ... dies spricht in erster Linie dafür, dass eine Übesetzungapp den Job erledigt hat und das Korrekturlesen gar nicht oder nur sehr oberflächlich erfolgen. Aus diesem Blickpunkt ist es verständlich, dass das Geschäftsmodell von easytranslate auf Vorauskassa beruht.
Leider ist dies keine einmalige Erfahrung - aber sicherlich unsere letzte. Bereits im Herbst 2019 idente Probleme DE-FR, nun DE-IT.

wie mehrfach telefonisch besprochen, wurde der Termin eines Folgeauftrages nicht eingehalten, damit wir sämtliche Texte von der gleichen Linguistin übersetzen lassen konnten, um unserem Anspruch an Konsistenz für sämtliche Übersetzungsprojekte gerecht werden zu können. Für die fehlende Kommunikation an dieser Stelle, Ihnen dies rechtzeitig mitzuteilen, haben wir uns bereits ausführlich bei Ihnen entschuldigt, aber auch auf diesem Weg können wir uns hierfür nur nochmals entschuldigen.
Bezugnehmend zu Ihrem Feedback zur Qualität: Diese haben Sie 11 Tage nach (fristgerechter) Lieferung der Übersetzung bemängelt, da diese hauptsächlich im Bezug auf Stilistik nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Nach eingehender Prüfung dieser Texte, welche unseren Qualitätsstandards eine 80% erreicht hat, wurde Ihnen innerhalb von 2 Werktagen eine komplette und kostenfreie Überarbeitung geliefert damit Sie auch stilistisch mit den Texten zufrieden sind. Daraufhin haben wir leider bis heute (22 Tage später) keine Rückmeldung von Ihnen erhalten haben, ob Sie diese Texte Ihren Ansprüchen somit gerecht wurden. Sollte dies nach wie vor nicht der Fall sein, teilen Sie uns das gerne mit, sodass wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden können. Wir arbeiten ausschließlich mit professionellen Übersetzern, keinen Übersetzung-Apps oder dergleichen, weshalb sowohl wir, als auch die Linguisten darauf angewiesen sind, Feedback zu erhalten oder Referenzmaterialien woran sie sich bzgl Tone-of-Voice o.Ä. orientieren können, denn dies bedeutet auch, dass nicht jeder Linguist immer zum Stil jeder unserer Partner passen kann und die Kommunikation diesbezüglich ist essentiell um eine perfekte Übersetzung erhalten zu können, die zu Ihnen, Ihren Vorstellungen und Ihrer Marke passt.

Really bad quality of the FR to DE…
Really bad quality of the FR to DE translation. Had to pay 140 Euro for a translation that they obviously made with google translator/DeepL.com. I checked the text that had to be translated on DeepL.com and it was exactly the same outcome I got from easytranslate.
Would definitely NOT recommend it! I could have save the time and money and translate it by myself with Google Translator or DeepL.
I have to say that the service - that I have received - does not reach the standards that seem to be advertised on the website at all.

After your first feedback we had the linguist implement the preferential changes that you had for the document. We also asked the linguist to polish the overall tone of the document further to make it flow better.
It is quite unfortunate that we could not deliver a translation that matched your specific expectations for this specific document and the tone that you wanted.
At the same time please understand that a negative comment on quality without pointing out specific examples is quite hard to follow up with. Maybe if we had known better about your specific preferred terms in the first place we would have been able to match your needs better.
