I'm very satisfied with the Osaki Alpine Pro. I ordered the chocolate color. It looks fantastic! After getting the chair inside it took about 35 minutes for me to unbox and set it up. That's it! The experience of receiving a massage in my home, anytime of day, and selecting the type and duration of massage has made it worth it to my wife, our children and I. I'm 6'4 and my wife is 5'2". The automatic leg extension feature accommodates my leg length by simply pressing my toes when I need to stop it from retracting back. My wife and our youngest daughter, age 10, use it with the leg fully retracted. This thing is a dream! I highly recommend it!

EasyMassageChair.com is awesome. I got an outstanding deal that was not on their website when I called with a question about a different chair. There was no pressure to buy. Vincent explained the deal and gave me a reasonable amount of time to research the chair and call him back. After a couple of hours of reading reviews and watching YouTube, I called Vincent back and bought the chair.

The point is, do not be shy about calling them. You may end up with a deal that is even better than what you expected.

The white glove delivery service was worth it. The chair was delivered in only 11 calendar days, and it was assembled in my house exactly where I want it.

Although their white glove service is more expensive than their competitors’, EasyMassageChair’s deal on the manufacturer’s extended warranty was less than what the manufacturer charges. So, even with all the bells and whistles, I still came out way ahead. No fooling—I got a $10,000 chair with a full 5 year extended warranty, and it was assembled in my home, for a little less than $4500.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of problems with my new chair out of the box. I emailed Ruth at EasyMassageChair about the problems, and she put in a call to the manufacturer for me right away. I also called the manufacturer, and a local technician called me within 6 hours to schedule an appointment to come to my home.

Even with the chair malfunctions, there is nothing wrong with this story. Malfunctions happen, and the problem only showed me that the folks at EasyMassageChair.com have got my back after the sale. (Pardon the pun.)

I ordered the Titan Jupiter XL from Easy Massage Chair after confirming that the chair was designed to accommodate a tall person (6’6). From ordering, confirmation, scheduling and follow up they were top notch. I received emails informing me of the status of my order, delivery date and use and care video links. After the “white glove” installation, I received a nice thank you email. Unexpectedly, a few weeks after delivery I received an unexpected and thoughtful gift via UPS! That’s what I call customer service. BTW - I love the chair. An added benefit of my massage chair is the relaxation felt after a heated massage. I often find myself dozing off in the reclined position. Once I stand up I feel like a new man. 😁

It is not every day that one buys a roughly $9000 chair sight unseen from a company that one has never dealt with.

Needless to say we were very happy to have EasyMassageChair deliver and install according to the agreed upon terms on the second floor of our house. One piece of advice. Don’t do this by yourself. The chair really does weigh as much as they say.

We purchased a Luraco i7 chair and couldn’t be more happy. Wow, is that chair nice and quiet.

The 9 standard programs are nice to have if one has no specific health issues. The ability to include and exclude massages for the individual body parts at the strength one prefers is priceless. Just love the kneading between my shoulder blades. Stay away from my neck so I turned that piece off just for me.

The only place where I would give 4 out of 5 stars for the chair is the software. The SW works and that is about it. We would not have made a different choice because of it but it sure could do with an update.

All in all a great buying experience and an absolutely great chair.
