Easyhotel Arvostelua 

If I could give zero stars they would be getting zero. Easyhotels (Oxford) are supposed to be budget hotels, I was charged the best part of £200 per night for a stay in what’s effectively a shoe box. There wasn’t even enough room for my luggage or to walk around the bed. There wasn’t even enough no windows in the room and the aircon sounded like a plane taking off.
The staff were unbelievably rude. The parking was £15 per night additional to the almost £200.
The hotel was rife with what seemed to be homeless drug takers as I saw several of them sitting in the street begging during the day then in the hotel corridors in the evening which the hotel is swipe card access.
There were also lots of delivery workers. Up all hours making noise all through the night and morning.
Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Honestly would not recommend Easyhotels to anyone.

Just think of all the reasons you don't want to fly with easyJet; they are the same reasons you don't want to stay in an easyJet hotel. Not even a plastic cup to drink water from. You have to slurp it out of the tap like a horse. Easyjet Oxford has the smallest window I've ever seen outside a medieval monastic punishment cell. The Aircon instructions say, on the one hand that it values green policies etc, then on the other that you can't turn it off after 9pm. The TV is determined that the date is the 23rd January 04:40, whereas it is actually the 6th July at 23.00, and the remote functionality is so useless that you can't change it's mind. No carpets, no wardrobe, nowhere to put your bag other than the floor. I'm not looking forward to the shower. £15 a night for parking. You might as well sleep in a barn

Jeg bookede et dobbeltværelse på easyHotel South Kensington til min datter og jeg der skulle på tur til London 3 dage.
Værelset var micro to mennesker kunne ikke stå på gulvet samtidig og slet ikke med to kufferter, vandet var kogende eller koldt. Aircondition kørte fuld blæs så var koldere end udenfor. Ingen vinduer men kiggede man mellem revnerne i væggen kunne man se et vindue på den anden side. Badeværelset var endnu mindre en voksen mand kunne kun lige vende rundt derude🫣🫣🫣
Værelset havde været en ok størrelse for en men to mennesker 🤯🤯🤯🤯

De små ting vores kort virkede kun hver tredje gang 🫣🫣 lyset fra gangen kunne man se i sprækkerne ud til gangen.
Ikke et sted jeg nogensinde vil anbefale nogle at booke og fortryder 1000% at jeg ikke gav 250 kr mere for et bedre hotel

Very cheap money wise. Yet everything was spotless. Room smelled nice. Beds super comfy. Staff so wonderfully helpful. Easyhotel Rotterdam if I could you would get 6 stars.

Ontzettende vriendelijke incheck bij Angelica.
We mochten zelf uit 2 beschikbare kamers kiezen .
Erg geduldig en ze sprak ook een beetje nederlands.
Ze maakte tijd om even een praatje te maken en informatie te geven .
Een dikke 10.

Hotel in hot water. We stayed at the Easyhotel in Oxford last week. Room 262. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, lovely staff on arrival etc but the shower water was practically boiling temperature. We could have made tea with the hot water. Told reception on checking out. Not a flicker of an apology and no follow up. Thank goodness we weren’t scalded. Don’t go if you need a shower. Can’t recommend this hotel too lowly.

Zondag 25 mei bij het EasyHotel te Amsterdam Arena Boulevard wilde ik checken,helaas ging dat niet op een fijne manier er aan toe.bij het inchecken stond ik aan de balie en was in gesprek met de Engels sprekende receptioniste die vervolgens op een schuin kijkende manier contact maakte met de manager
(genaamd NICKY)die daarop reageerde en toen erbij kwam staan.

Vervolgens kwam NICKY zich toevoegen aan het gesprek waarin zij aangaf (op een hele nare manier)dat zij ziet dat ik daar met 2 kinderen sta en meerdere koffers en dat zij maar 2 volwassenen ziet staan in de boeking.
waarop ik aangaf dat het klopt dat ik voor twee volwassen hebt geboekt en niet van plan ben om met de twee aanwezige kinderen hier te verblijven.
NICKY begint haar stem ter verheffen met een negatieve ondertoon en zegt(al vingerwijzen naar een huisregel bordje op de balie)ja dit zijn de regels en wetgeving hier in Nederland,en dat zei ze luid en duidelijk.
ik stond daar helemaal geschrokken en voelde me erg aangevallen,en dacht echt waar komt dit nou vandaan.¨niet omdat ik een donkere huidskleur hebt wilt zeggen dat ik geen Nederlander kan zijn¨.ik zei tegen NICKY kijk aub in mij net afgeven paspoort die bij je collega ligt en zeg mij wat erin staat,NICKY weigerde dat waarop ik aangaf dat ik een geboren en getogen Nederlandse ben,en op de hoogte ben van regels en wetgeving.NICKY de MANAGER herhaalde de nare opmerking waarop ik aangaf dit soort negatieve gedrag geen aandacht te willen en dat ze gewoon haar werk moet doen door mij te laten inchecken.uiteindelijk is NICKY weggelopen en de Engels sprekende collega maakte de boeking rond.
wat een ellendige ervaring was dat.bah

hotel is geen aanrader.

On checking in we were forced to leave a £20 refundable deposit. 3 weeks later this still hasn't been refunded after numerous requests. Unfortunately you cannot actually speak to anyone

Went to South Kensington and ended up in a room next to massive air conditioning unit - no sleep . Really shouldn’t be let out

Overall a shabby hotel and actually not that cheap

Easyhotel Croydon

My goodness considering I was a bit skeptical to book at Easyhotel Croydon.Tje level of professionalism,the rooms are clean and spacious.
I would like to mention Akash for going beyond and above and Kelsey. I would definitely book again.Inwantwd a quiet time to study.

I could say the people working there.I had an easy check in with Vivian and she was really nice and soft spoken.She made my experience really good

I was staying for 4 nights and initially was given a room where I worried it would be noisy due to people next door and as I was in London for work needed a good nights sleep. When I asked Bhargavi if I could move to a quieter location she very kindly allocated me another room that was perfect - I am a very light sleeper and I had no disturbances during my stay.
In fact all staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on taxis, directions etc
The room although small was more than adequate for one person and was clean, tidy and quiet
I can't complain and would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended this hotel to friends

Impossible to reach group booking coordinator. Didn't respond.

It's horrible in a very bad way. This room isn't big enough for the bed. You have to climb over the bed to get to the other side. They LIED when I paid online, they didn't tell me the taxes were not included. You find that out when you try to check in and they won't give you a key until you give them more money. Should be a €20 room, but they charge you €110.

If you are claustrophobic please do not book this hotel I went to the one in Glasgow at the time I didn't know that some of the rooms had no windows . I was in a double room and all they had in room was a double bed no window and a shower room that if you have mobility issues would not help as you have to step up to get on to the bathroom . I ended up after a few minutes took a panic attack as the room felt as if it was coming in on me went to the reception area and they did change the room and got a room with a very small window but the room was still small

This so called hotel was booked through Hotels.com which shows the Hotel to have a score of 8.0 on its reviews adding " very good " The truth is far from that, as can be seen when you change the reviews to the lowest scores first, you will then get the true picture of this business. They seem to operate under the guise of being eco-friendly, however, all they have done is strip away all the things you would expect to recieve or have available in a proper Hotel, there is no facilities to make drinks, not even a cup/glass in the shower room. There are no wardrobes to put clothes, nowhere to store underwear, no drawers, nothing. The rooms if you can call them that are like rabbit hutches, built into a building, the one I stayed at was in Manchester, the building is listed, and really should never have been allowed to become a hotel. There is no soundproofing, sirens are heard constantly, the fire alarm goes off all the time, as people may light up, or vape. Alongside the bed there are no bedside tables, you have to put your mobile on a tiny shelf while it charges. There are two steel coat hangers firmly attached to a wall. Maybe if your there one night that would make it ok. There is little space around the bed, One side you could not get out of the bed. The TV is so high up on the wall you get a stiff neck watching it, which you can only do when lying on the bed, as there are no seats, chairs or a table. I would strongly reccomend never staying here, in fact I think their whole concept of a hotel is wrong. I am not alone, 66% of the reviews here are one star. Sadly people can be fooled by pictures, and false reviews and scores, which make it appear it has a good standard. I would never stay in one of these places again, in fact I moved out after 3 nights, having paid for 6, it was that bad, I could not stand it any more. BEWARE of falling into the same trap. Spend a little more, and you will save yourself a lot of pain.

Received a parking ticket in the time it took us to check in at Easy Hotel Oxford. The car park only allows 15 minutes without paying (which you have to do at reception) meaning by the time we had spoken to reception and were told all the parking was already booked, we were over the time limit. The ticket has doubled the cost of our stay and ruined our trip (£51 ticket). Why use terrible companies like Horizon Parking to run a hotel car park? The rooms are also tiny.

Stay away from the Milton Keynes Easy Hotel!!

We left 2 antique glasses that we bought ourselves to have a drink from.. granted it was our fault we left them, however I called first thing the following day and the receptionist advised she would call Housekeeping and told me to call back at 12PM. I did, however they hadn't had a response from them.. advised I'd call back Monday..

The receptionist hung up on me and then igonored my phone calls! I got a shitty call back from a guy who said they weren't there! So they were either binned or stolen! So I put a complaint in for theft and relieved another crappy reply.. so I said pass me the name of the Housekeeper and I'll report it to the Police.. I'm now being ignored!

Theifs! Avoid!!!!!
