Eastcoastkitchens & Bedrooms Ltd Arvostelua

Fantastic service from this company, great email and chat communication, my order was a special order as was something try didn’t stock ordered Monday afternoon arrived on Thursday. Would definitely use again and recommend.

There was no measurement in the instructions of where the hinge should be for the bin to fit properly, however when inquiring about a refund the company told me "there are videos online showing how to fit it" I am not happy with this response.

Fantastic customer service! I needed a spare part that they don't normally stock, and they sourced it for me in double quick time.

I ordered a corner cupboard Le Mans pull out carrousel unit, which arrived within two days, Excellent. Unfortunately it had been damaged on transit beyond use. The manufacturers packaging was insufficient to avoid damage due to transit mishandling. The staff at Eastcoastkitchens were very helpful and arranged a replacement within 5 days, Excellent. The unit itself has very detailed and precise installation instructions, but I was pleased to find that there is some leeway and I was able to adjust the mounting to allow the unit to fit the cupboard which was 5mm smaller in depth than the specification required. Very pleased with the final result. Well done Eastcoastkitchens.

I contacted EastCoast about a new order for kitchen cupboard handles on Wednesday morning, I spoke to a very helpful woman who went through everything with me. Within a couple of hours I had a quote and I had the handles the following day! Brilliant customer service, very friendly and efficient

Fantastic service from start to end! Browsing and ordering via the site was simple and straight forward and the delivery was rapid. Unfortunately our sink was damaged in transit however a new one was sent out instantly which was perfect. We were kept informed regarding the whole process and cannot fault the team. Thank you especially to Nikki who was our main point of contact throughout.

Excellent customer service team , really impressed with them .

Had some issues with a sink and customer services were very understanding and quick to respond to resolve the matter sending a replacement sink out immediately. Thank you!

Needed to replace soft-close hinges on a Vauth Sagel cupboard bin after the German manufacturer proved to be less than helpful. EastCoast Kitchens made up for them - instant email replies from Lorraine, excellent customer service, same day dispatch and next day delivery. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use again.

Ordered a tap which arrived the next day. Really happy with the quality of the tap.Rang the company before placing the order to check their return policy, phone was answered immediately and full details explained. Just all round excellent service

Found the Hafele desk legs i needed cheapest here. Cheaper than buying them direct ! They arrived very quickly… so 5 stars

Excellent customer service on all levels. I wanted an item that they didn’t have on their website - contacted them via their livechat and they offered to check with their supplier. A few hours later I received an email confirming they could order the item for me. Once I had paid for the item, it was ordered and delivered the next day. Amazing customer service - wish there were more companies this good!

Excellent service. When there was a problem with an item ordered they were quick to resolve in a very satisfactory way. Would recommend

I bought a kitchen bin, shipping was fast but it was missing some parts to fit it to the cabinet. Their customer service was really helpful and sent a next day delivery parcel with the missing parts. Great company.

I ordered a double ceramic sink from East Coast Kitchens. Before making my order, I contacted the customer support via the chat button and found the customer service to be extremely helpful.

I required support after receiving the sink and again I was impressed with the levels of customer service. Thank you.

Quick, helpful customer service answering email enquiry. Fast, efficient delivery of item at cheapest competitive price.

Contacted East Coast about modifying my Blum kitchen to add a dishwasher. I wasn't sure if I needed extra parts to be able to move units around but East Coast responded giving me advice about how I could complete the modification without purchasing extra parts.

Easy to communicate with & good value. Definitely would recommend

Very impressed, great communication; rapid replies to emails and really helpful in sorting logistics for delivery. Special mention to Lorraine who was fantastic.
