Easirent - Blackburn Arvostelua 7

We rented a van in 2020 to move house, it was quick and hassle free and we used them again for a holiday. We have just returned from a weeks holiday and hired a 9 seater minibus for 2 adults and 5 children. The minibus was great and gave the kids enough space each so we had no arguing! It made the 4 hour drive a lot more tolerable and comfortable!
We had the bus booked for the last year and emailed a few times with questions which were always answered quickly.
A much better alternative to half of us driving and the rest getting the train! Plenty of space, managed to fit in 7 suitcases, a pram, boxes of food/drinks and still had plenty of room left for souvenirs and toys that my youngest had bought on holiday.
We decided to rebook another week next year on our way home, so as soon as the dates are sorted we will be paying our deposit for next years van rental!

Avoid them. Very unprofessional and rude. Loads of small print and extra charges. Very bad experience with them.

We arrived at the place, 1) we waited for over an hour to be helped. 2) they did not have my car and wanted to give me a fiat 500 for 4 people! After that was settled, 3) the attendant gave us a car, and marked the place the car had scratches. But guess what? All wrong. When we where on the road, we noticed the car windshield was broken. I took a picture and I hope they don’t charge it. Anyway, it a terrible experience. I will drop the car on Sep7. I hope it is all good to drop it off. Next time in London, I will look for other place to rent.Not worth it

Absolutely terrible company. Not surprised to see they pay for reviews surely that says it all. I ordered a Ford Focus for a week for work. I arrived to find it was a 2017 75,000 miles car. It had so many marks the guy lost count. Then i find it comes with £1200 excess ( I very much doubt the car was worth that). I had no choice so I took it.

On my way to Barrow-in-Furness the engine management light comes on. I then realise they have left me nothing in terms of paperwork ie no breakdown details no out of hours details nothing. I return the car the next day to be offered a 2015 Astra. This car not only was covered in scratches it was dented in various places. I told them I doubt it is legal to rent that car out and I wanted a refund.

I was then offered a 21 plate Corsa which could arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I am told that the car would be at least another couple of hours. I just told them I wanted a refund. They informed me that I could not have a refund but I could have a credit note for "the next time I rent from them". Fortunately I paid by master card so I will get my refund. But I will also seek compensation for loss of earnings.

Ring their office and listen to the advert while on hold which brags that all vehicles are less than 12 months old.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COWBOY OUT FIT

Hired a van over the phone. Took the day off work arrived at the time agreed and was told no booking under my name absolutely unacceptable.

Avoid at all cost

Terrible company especially the Blackburn depot we booked a crew bus reserved it even rang to confirm then they let us down 2 days before cost us best part of 1k this go to a reputable company dont use this shower shocking service
