The costomer service when the man came to measure up was horrible the way he spoke to me I would never send anyone to them or even ask them again im glad I didn't go a head with them says on website deposit from 40 with vinyl but then when he came out asking me for 700 deposit then 350 for fitting an then 146 per month an charging 1760 pounds for it all living room hall an bedroom rate yous very poor yes my floor was in bad condition due to having work done on the property right now but was little bit stone witch coukd of been sorted out with scatting got another measure one come out well cheaper an really good costomer service

Absolutely fantastic quality and very friendly team would recommend to all been with easy buy years brilliant they are very happy

This company is amazing. I had my hall and living room done and it is absolutely stunning. From start to finish the communication was fantastic updated all the way. Was worried if had made the right choice on colour but gave me an option to check before fitting. The quality of laminate was superb and the colour exactly the same as sample. The fitter Muji K so skilled and has done an outstanding job and his worker great guys will be highly recommending and will definitely use again. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much an overall great experience with the service from easy pay carpets.

I feel I've been left £400 out of pocket after an extremely distressing experience.

I am a significantly vulnerable person to the point of having carers and involvement from multiple agencies. I asked for the sales person not to come since I was getting incredibly anxious and overwhelmed due to my conditions. the sales person insisted they attend anyway. when he came I was signing my tenancy and speaking with the association landlord, I was incredibly anxious and panicky and wanted the sales person to leave I said I was unsure 3 times, but he continued, I tried to say I didnt like the flooring options and he brought out more. I couldnt get him to leave and I started to have a panic attack because I was so overwhelmed so I signed it and paid the deposit almost in tears. I was then and only after the fact told I would then need to pay £180 more for fitting and £90 on top of that, I explained my mother had just passed and I didn't have that money and so I was left completely without flooring, feeling vulnerable, anxious and like id been conned.

I have reached out to the company on a couple of occasions the first being a phone call where I was dismissed and they have refused to refund me offering to continue the contract or send me materials, I dont want either. I want my money back and to put this whole horrid ordeal to rest. It’s taken me this long to talk to my workers about this since due to the level of vulnerability I felt after just losing my mum then being pressured into something mid panic attack.

I would NEVER trust this company and it's completely awful and I have no idea how it's even legal.

Over a YEAR later and no flooring, no refund. And going by their reply’s to other reviews I’ll be blamed in some way.

I had called before the email correspondence they’re referring to. I also raised concerns during that contact about how I had been treated, which I state in my email. I was told that what I said had happened hadn’t happened like that. It had. I then emailed because I was hoping to get the matter resolved quickly.

Their response also focuses on the fact that I said I had found flooring I preferred, while leaving out the concerns I raised in that same email about how I had been treated during the original visit and when I contacted them.

They have also decided that offering someone with severe OCD, who cannot reasonably have unnecessary clutter in their home, £400 worth of materials constitutes an appropriate solution. I have explained that I cannot reasonably accept materials I do not need or want, and that this does not address the fact that I am £400 out of pocket for a service I have never received.

I find the way this has been handled extremely upsetting and remain very concerned about the fairness of retaining the £400.

Love the grey laminate flooring we had put down by you in lounge hall and bedroom . Excellent healthier and faster to clean than the carpet that was down when we moved in .especially with having two dogs and two cats . Looks lovely. Fast measuring , delivery , and fitting. By lovely friendly very helpful employees and manager. Very affordable payplan provided excellent choice of colours . Very pleased thank you

They left my doors off they should’ve replaced them

This is the third time I've used this company I would highly recommend.

Ive had 3 carpets fitted now. They look so nice and are lasting so well I wouldn't go anywhere else! Such an easy process, great value for money, excellent communication throughout and the team are friendly and professional 100% recommend!!!

Avoid !!! Do not use this company - take a deposit and then the fitters do not turn up - no communication, moved all furniture ready for fitting but never turned up, just stopped answering calls , left a single mother of a toddler with no carpet and deposit down. Will be reporting to trading standards - total scam company

Well fitter should have been here tiday and hasn't turned up! Spoke to him at 2.45 and he said he’s slightly behind but will be there today. Explained iv got a three year old so need to get him room sorted for bedtime and he assured me he will be there.
5.30 still not come so tried ringing him a few times between 5.30 and 6.15 and it’s just ringing and going to voicemail. Terrible service after iv paid a deposit and first months payment up front.

Recently got lino fitted in the kitchen really happy with it fitters was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves.
Overall good experience.

Very happy with this company easy to arrange ,and fitters did a fab job and as I couldn't get sofa out of house managed to work round very grateful for their help ,wouldn't hesitate to use again 👍

Employ fitters who communicate instead of booking appointment-taking days off work for him just to arrive. All yous have done is rearrange appointment with the same fitter I am really unhappy.

From measure to fitting everything was so simple and easy and a fantastic job
