I am very disappointed with the service from e& money. It has been over a month, and my issue is still not resolved. An amount of 100 AED that should have been credited to my account is still missing, with no proper explanation.

I have contacted customer support several times and requested to speak with a responsible person. I was promised that a supervisor would call me back, but I have not received any response.

This lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely frustrating. I hope they take immediate action to investigate this issue and release my 100 AED without any further delay.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from e&money.
On April 9, I transferred money to my nephew, but since he does not have an account, the amount was supposed to be automatically refunded back to my wallet. Although I received confirmation via SMS and email, the amount has still not been credited back to my account.
I raised a complaint (Reference No: 66002639) and was assured that the issue would be resolved within 5 working days. However, it has now been over a week, and there is no resolution.
I have contacted multiple customer support agents via calls and chat through the e&money app. Unfortunately, every agent keeps repeating the same scripted response — “your case has been escalated to the concerned team” — but no actual action has been taken.
What is even more frustrating is the false promises made by your agents. One agent, Ahmed, assured me that the issue would be resolved by April 16, but nothing has happened. Today, when I contacted another agent, Kareem, I received the same repetitive and unhelpful responses. He kept asking the same questions instead of addressing my concern, which clearly shows a lack of professionalism and proper case handling.
This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. It feels like no one is taking responsibility, and there is no transparency or urgency in resolving customer issues.
I request immediate action on this matter and a clear update on when my money will be refunded. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate this complaint further through regulatory authorities and public platforms.
This level of service is unacceptable

Its very bad,, every time i deposit money in my account E&Money it was come less,, deduction is not good,, the fees is too much,, why like this.. How to appreciate your apps,, if like this,, ealways deducted money and have too much fees.. Very very bad

WHERE IS MY CARD REFUND???

So I went to the atm to put money and the money disappeared and when I call them they tell me it needs 5 days of work I don’t know why

Worst service, very bad service

One of the most and worst company ever even right now im trying to connect to there service its been 6mins on the call and the only thing it says all our workers are currently unavailable and my friend made sended me some money and I didn't receive it yet wth is this company when I try to talk to them they don't not connect to us shit service shit company if I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star I would give -10

very disappointing service, very bad image for ETISALAT..had an inward and outward transactions from exactly 1 week ago, till now both did not come to my account and the outward did no come on the receivers account..the representative of the customer service is just telling lies and lies and just send an sms that my case was resolve, which is not...and now they are not picking up my calls and not responding to my chats

Delayed money transfers, delayed refunds, always having technical issues, unprofessional customer care agents.
I highly discourage anyone from using this application for any urgent transfer or anyother transactions to avoid disappointments and frustrations

Why should a legal and financial institution give information and cannot keep to it?. You said refund is maximum 7 days but after providing all the refund details from the merchant still yet it is 23days no positive feedback. The customer service agents also are just what I don't under saying the same thing every time to the customer without thinking. It looks like a form of mind keep to delay the customer complaint.

Ohh my gosh good thing is only 40aed my friend transfer in my account since 2 days and I didn’t receive and what more if bigger amount. This is not trusted application !!!!!! They deduct very expensive charges and we can’t trust this EandMoney very disappointed!!!!

This is the worst I add money to my E& and till now I havent receive the money they are holding the money this happen twice and all customer service are useless they just want money dont use this app !!!! Till now the 950 and 200 aed they didnt put on my e& money account !!!

This is beyond pathetic service….

I transferred money to my mom 2 times and I had to wait for 3 days verification and they were asking me about my mom grandfathers grandfather name ?? Who would know???

Then I asked for refund - direct 5 days wait time… I transferred all I had to my mom she needed - she’s above 70 and she’s now waiting, money can’t be transferred can’t be refunded for 5 days…

Where do I stand now. Nowhere… 😭😭😭😭

I called myself donkey for using E& money to transfer yet again after 2 painful experiences….

Bad service, bad communication bad customer service, they deduct money and reject the transaction on mall, after complaint now more than 1 month still they didn’t refund the amount.

I would cancel the card and don’t prefer anyone to activate this card

Very bad service. I have put a complaint regarding my refund for fraudulent transaction on 3rd of December still i am waiting for the solution.
