100% reliable
100% reliable, when they said they’d be there they were - attended the same day as I contacted them.
We paid as we thought that the problem had been resolved, but it reoccurred. When it was reported again, they came out the next day and solved the problem free of charge.

The engineer that came to my home was…
The engineer that came to my home was brilliant - very polite and explained everything clearly. However, the service leading up to that was very frustrating. I suggested in my booking notes that a camera would be needed but they still sent someone to unblock the drain without a camera. When the engineer arrived he agreed from the notes that he would need a camera. He proceeded with the unblocking only to conclude a camera was needed. £195 well spent (not) + a quote of £280+VAT for a drain cover inspection. Will definitely avoid Dyno-Rod in the future and support independent traders instead.
