We initially had a not so great experience with a dynorod engineer. I suspect he was quite new or inexperienced. The first engineer left suddenly without taking payment which was strange. We then found out he hadn’t resolved the problem and didn’t know what to do. I contacted dynorod, slightly confused as he had left and we were uninformed why. Customer service were very apologetic & also seemed a little taken aback, but promptly passed me on to a manager, Stuart.

Stuart dealt with the situation, politely & professionally. He promised a call the following morning at an allocated time. True to his word we received the call and he had a plan of action & took responsibility for the blip the day before.
A further call out was promised that morning with a call ahead of arrival.

Jakob & Paul Kay were sent to resolve the problem, even from their first call to say they were on their way I felt so much more assured. On the phone Paul was polite, confident and sounded positive.
On arrival both men were very professional, took the time to listen and understand and assured us that there were various solutions & measures that could be taken. A great relief.
They were patient while we waited for a neighbour who had also been affected, and who also had a good understanding of the pipe work, as he had lived at the address for 40 years.

They used skill, experience and great initiative and resolved the problem quickly. We were very grateful to them for helping us and to Stuart for their quick response and assistance with this seemingly big problem to us.

I would definitely recommend dynorod due to their excellent service. It was such a relief and very refreshing for someone to take responsibility for a problem and find a plan of attack to work towards a solution. Thank you 🙏

Iain was fantastic. He was hugely knowledgeable, professional and courteous from start to finish. He called 30 minutes before arriving and took the time to thoroughly inspect the drains, explaining the possible causes and solutions in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure I was comfortable with the approach and knew what to do if any future issues occurred. Thankfully, the blockage was straightforward to clear this time. Pete turned up on time, listened to the issues we were having, gave us a quote and got to work. Kept us informed in what exactly he was doing. Once he had completed the inspection put everything back ss it was as if he had not been there. We got the info we needed, job done

The response from the call out to the engineer at my door was smooth and efficient, the same morning.
The engineer Rob Lee was very polite and kept me informed of the process as he investigated the problem and cleared the blockage. A very fast but thorough process by the engineer. I would recommend to anyone.

Easy to book initial visit and detailed quote of what needed doing, complete with photos explaining the issues. We needed a huge amount of silt and sediment removing from a couple of drains and then power washed through the paperwork, once again taking photos to highlight the issues. In our case, a poorly laid pipe when the house was renovated, resulting in the hardcore and ballast piercing and collapsing a pipe. I have the photos, I know approximately where it is underground and can now address that issue.

The weather was absolutely horrendous, but Nick just soldiered in, never complaining and just getting the job done.

We had a serious blockage in our internal drainage. Iain and Graham arrived with specialist equipment on the agreed day. Once the agreed work had been completed, the problem had not been solved due to a secondary issue. Iain and Graham found the problem causing the secondary problem and solved it. Great job

I’m really impressed. Booked on Friday & Iain W was here on Monday. Very easy to book. Iain W did a fantastic job and explained the issue so we can keep an eye on it in the future. Big relief. I thought a big chain like Dyno-Rod would be expensive but they were great value, Iain was local, and I’d definitely use them again. Thanks

Engineer Rob Lee came out to sort a blocked dishwasher drain. He was very personable and efficient and went the extra mile, clearing the internal blockage but also checking and clearing the outside drain.
The visit was very prompt too - it was a “recall” as a visit the previous day (different engineer) hadn’t fixed the issue. I called Dyno-Rod to tell them and they sent Rob to us within a couple of hours of the call.

Excellent visit, Chris was polite and very knowledgable with some good recommendations for the future. Will use again.

Not only are Paul and Jakob the most professional and efficient guys, they are a pleasure to have at your home. They are clean, tidy and happy to explain and show you everything they are doing. Their cement finishes are second to none. It’s also obvious from their tea choice that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree 😂

I needed my mother’s drains to be looked at as a matter of priority. I made the call to Dynorod before 9am and I was told that her situation would be deemed an emergency and that an engineer would be with her between 9am and 1pm. Through no fault of his own the engineer, Nick arrived later than scheduled but he readily identified the issue and was polite and efficient in dealing with the problem. He gave some good advice and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Great service from Rob Lee of Dyno-Rod. We were suffering plumbing issues which were due to a main sewage drain blockage in the road outside our house. Rob traced the issue quickly and resolved it using a high pressure water hose. I would thoroughly recommend Dyno-Rod and special mention to Rob who is a great credit to the company. Great job all round
