Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Oxfordshire Arvostelua

Brilliant service late on a Saturday night when an ensuite was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Really professional and had help within an hour.

Very good service. Excellent work manship . Very good job done.

Rodney, the plumber that attended to help with my downstairs toilet handle and cistern, was brilliant! Prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. A great service provided by Dyno, from the initial contact through to the repair.

Highly recommended and thank you!

I didn’t know until today how hard it is to get hold of a plumber when in urgent need!
Dyno-Rod really went above and beyond with response time today sending out personnel just over 2 hours. I am truly grateful to Fran for the support during the initial call to identify the issue, Chris for the excellent work as well as respect to property and Jamie for the straightforward quote and payment process.

Definitely recommend for peace of mind, thank you Dyno-Rod!

Always good work from this company. I have used them three times now. Twice through British Gas and today with a direct booking. I needed the under-sink area remodelling to allow a better dishwasher pipe run. Called at nine thirty for a quote visit. Arrived within the hour and job all done by 12:00! Recommended fast, efficient with a work force focussed on customer service. My first call for all plumbing jobs.

For my second plumbing emergency in three days — another same-day solution from Dyno Plumbing Oxfordshire, expertly carried out and at a very fair price. Customer service of the highest standard!

Daniel was very friendly and polite. He has explained the fault and given the necessary options for the repair. He is a very dedicated worker. A valuable member of Dyno

Efficient and courteous plumber who arrived on time and completed the job in the time allocated to it.

Good job from Chris, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Plumber arrived in less than hour from my initial on line enquiry. Within 30 mins found out what our issue was. Very friendly guy, wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Met one of your young operators yesterday. He was a credit to your company. Disciplined courteous a pleasure to speak to. His work ethic was better than mine. It made my day

Called out through British Gas with a hot water issue. Cause found and hot water restored. Very helpful engineer. This issue meant we needed a new shower fitted. A lovely new shower fitted and wonderful service from both the plumber and the team on the phone.

Would definitely recommend. Speedy response, came out same day and fixed issue quickly. Kind and friendly service :)

Great customer service. The plumber came on time and the problem was fixed quickly and accurately.
Very happy :)

Excellent service arrived on time, very tidy and explained what he was going to do. Great communication from the local office

Was called out via British Gas the fault was Diagnosed and fixed quickly Engineer was good and very helpful
My only complaint was I had to pay British Gas £60 to get them to call out Dynorod who they own the I had to pay Dynorod as the repair wasn’t covered under the home care package my issue is with British Gas when they say home care it should cover all plumbing

Quick, polite, good value, did the job well - can't ask for more. Thanks

Your engineer was prompt, polite, and, very efficient in dealing with a very disgusting blocked drain which caused my toilet to not function properly. Very impressed with the service

Stephen visited re mums leaking tap. He was superb with my 91 year old mum. Explained things clearly. Conducted the job very professionally. Really pleased with the end result, new swivel tap working well.

Local plumber let us down twice and didn’t turn out on two occasions, rang Dyno-rod and they came the next day and sorted issue for us, thank you. I thought price was reasonable, they charged £80 hour for labour.
