Absolute life-savers when I had two difficult leaks in my ceiling all in the course of one week. Came out instantly and the plumbing engineer I had were David Rigby and Connor C. Both total superstars! Thanks for all the hard work and for your good humour which cheered me up when I was not in a good place 😊

Had an emergency with the bathroom leaking. Connor from Dyno rod turned out and what a fantastic person he is. Dispite the awkward position of the tap he managed to fix the issue. Connor is a kind and helpful person and a credit to your company. Thank you

Connor C came to fix my toilet this morning. He was so polite and friendly. He explained everything to us from what the fault was to how it had been repaired. He was fab .

Great service from David Rigbey, who sorted a problem with my sink tap perfectly, many thanks.

Had issues with my overflow pipe. Went on British Gas’s website and made an appointment for a plumber to come out and have a look, he done everything he could and explained everything in detail with me. Really friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg either which was pleasantly surprising

Connor has visited today and I was very pleased with his work. Very friendly and efficient.
