Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Manchester Arvostelua

Alex came to check the radiators and did an incredible thorough job, also giving us some great advice. Excellent service.

We had a toilet with a recessed cistern where the water wouldn't stop flowing. A previous contractor charged a callout fee and told us the only login was to replace the entire toilet! After getting in touch with Dyno, they sent out an engineer/contractor who managed to fix the issue in less than 15 minutes, and charged us a reasonable price for it.

I contacted my insurance and within 30 mins I had a call from Sam the engineer who arrived within 10 minutes from the call, my leak was under the kitchen floor and Sam had no hesitation in accessing the pipe through a very small accessing hole and repaired the leak within 30 minutes. A fantastic service.

We noticed that the chipboard flooring in our kitchen was very damp. Dyno sent an engineer who identified a leak under the floor, and indeed in an awkward position under some units where the pipe passed through the wall.
He came back a couple of days later, moved the units and completed a satisfactory repair. He replaced all the units completely undamaged. Not something I could have done! Despite the difficulty of the job, the engineer, Sam, was cheerful, courteous, and efficient throughout. He certainly exceeded our expectations.
Well done, Sam and Dyno.

We called Dyno out for a burst outside tap.
Lee the engineer phoned to confirm he was on his way.
Lee was polite & courteous. He quickly resolved the leak. He left everything clean & tidy too. I would definitely recommend Dyno , thank you

Paul, the engineer, quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak under the sink. He was courteous and patient, explaining what the problem was. It was easy to book an appointment online and the engineer phoned to say he was in his way. Thank you!

Prompt service. Excellent communication. Jacob was very friendly, professional and provided a very good service.

We came home to water coming through the ceiling and called British Gas.
Connor C from Dyno Rod was with us within 3 hours and stopped the leak for us. Great service, fast and efficient.

Very professional and sorted our tap problem most efficiently.

Excellent service, fixed the toilet in no time. Chris and Connor were decent fella.

Cheers guys

Dyno were fantastic!
From the initial booking through to completing the job, I really couldn’t have asked for anything more.
The engineer was friendly, respectful and super knowledgeable and talked me through best ways to get the issue fixed.
Back two days later and we are all sorted.
Highly, highly recommend ☺️

The engineer’s Connor and Chris came on time and in a cheerful mood. They Fixed the leaky taps in record time and did an amazing job. I am so grateful to them. I would definitely recommend them if you want a professional job well done and with no fuss.

Marcus came to repair toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. Very polite and professional, explaining all aspects of the job which he completed quickly without fuss.
***Had to recall Dyno as toilet not flushing properly. Apparently the flush was connected incorrectly and there was a piece of excess tube that had been left floating in cistern and it had got stuck in mechanism which stopped the cistern from refilling properly. Very disappointed ☹️ ***

The whole service was fantastic. Your engineer Sam was excellent and a credit to your company!! Friendly efficient and obviously highly capable and knowledgeable!!!
