Had an emergency job following a leak & Dyno responded quickly on the same day. The plumber was on time, efficient & friendly & did a great repair job quickly.

I needed an invoice after the job was completed and was initially refused one. The invoice that was then sent to me had a 21 day guarantee on it and no split between parts and labour. So eventually I receive an invoice that is correct showing everything including VAT etc. However it then transpired that the plumber had divulged details to my neighbour of the work he had done. I've told them to swivel for their money until I have calmed down. Plumber was not very good with their "system" anyway. I had to show him which sections he had not completed before I signed the quote. Immediately on receiving my last email (the swivel one) I had an email back from the Plumbing Manager saying they were beginning their credit control processes with me and a £5 admin fee had been added for late payment. No response to the fact that I had pointed out that his plumber had informed my neighbours of the work that he had done on my property. Not nice. They can wait an extra week now and I will be deducting my own admin charges for all the work I had to put in to a) get an invoice and b) get an invoice showing 3 months guarantee labour and 12 months parts (rather than the original 21 days on their first invoice)
Update: What utter rubbish, half truths, gaslighting and throwing dead cats around I now will not pay until I receive a full apology and now the apology must be here on Trustpilot

Visit arranged via British Gas plumbing and drains policy. Very efficient service. Cause of issue swiftly identified and repair carried out while they were already on site.

We contacted British gas to ask for a one off plumbing job, we were told that Dyno-Rod now does this for British gas. I called Dyno-Rod and explained I wanted a section of pipe work moved underneath the floorboards. He said said a plumber would be with me same day and if the price is agreed he could complete the job the same day. The plumber arrived and I explained what we wanted, he explained a small amount of pipework would still be seen as it goes into the skirting board. I agreed to the price of £290 for 2 hours labour plus materials. He called us up and showed us the pupe work, he had left out 12 inches of pipe and this was further out away from the wall than previously. We explained we weren't happy and he said he would move it closer to the wall. He called us again and it was closer but still further away from the wall, my wife explained she wanted it closer and he informed her he couldn't put it closer as he has cut the new pipe and there wasn't enough left. We paid and emailed the manager, no response we called 10 hours after email and he asked us if we would be willing to pay an additional hours labour. I was shocked and told him no, he said he would send another plumber the flooring day to fixed the pipe. The plumber arrived, he was able to talk us through the options and he informed us he would get this sorted, we were happy with this plumber and trusted he could complete the job to satisfaction. After 40 mins he came down and said he has been pulled of the job due to an emergency, he informed us this has never happened before, he wasn't happy to leave and asked me to call the office to confirm someone else was coming, I called and was informed another plumber was on route. The water was off and it took 1 hour for another plumber to arrive. He finally completed the job to our satisfaction. I emailed the office to inform them of my dissatisfaction at the situation, I have never been emailed back. I feel very let down by Dyno-rod and I will not be using there plumbing services again.

Had an issue with our heating making a loud noise where the pipes vibrated when the hot water was run at any speed . We made a call to Br Gas who we have our insurance with and they sent a plumber from Dyno-Rod . The issue wasn’t urgent but an appointment was made really quickly . The plumber that came out was excellent called George . He was really polite and didn’t even complain that he had to use his own ladders like many contractors do !!! And that’s a real plus point for us !! - he identified the issue really quickly and set to to replace the problem part in the loft . George was really pleasant and chatty explained at all times what he was doing and how this had caused our issue . He left the area he was working in clean and was all done really quickly . I would have no hesitation in recommending George - a real credit to Dyno-Rod. Thank you

Plumber arrived on time and was polite and professional. Repairs were carried out cleanly, quickly and efficiently.

I called one morning and made an appointment for a plumber to call and assess the work required.
The next day arrived as promised. He gave me a competitive price. He sourced the part required from his vehicle and completed the work required within 30 minutes. Left everywhere clean and tidy. I’d recommend Dyno to anyone

Thr engineer- Ste Johnson was diligent, knowledgeable and thorough, ensuring he dealt with the blocked toilet drain comprehensively and finally he ensured it was in true worming order. He left the workplace immaculate. A true professional with a great customer orientated manner

Right from the first call I made the admin people were fantastic my elderly parents had a small leak and were in panic mode the jib was booked in for the same day.The plumber arrived stopped the leak and left quote for the required repair I called and booked the job in the following day no issues or fuss the plumbers were very friendly and helpful explaining patiently to my dad what they were doing and why my dad was really grateful and impressed thank you all so much

James has been a couple of times recently to fix radiator and water tank. Always prompt, ,pleasant and informative about what he is doing and why.
