Dyno-Rod - North West Arvostelua

The team that come and do the job are great but let down by the admin team which is disorganised. They can't send the correct equipment to do the job even though they were here previously and have all the details and reports so they had to come out twice and charge twice. Engineers were great.

Excellent work, on time, did all drainage and clean up after themselves.

Mixup and poor communication by the Blackburn office resulted in us waiting for 5 days for engineer to arrive. However once John was onsite he was very professional and explained the process clearly. We hope he has found the issue and has scheduled a return 2-man visit.

Excellent service. Professionally carried out.

The lads turned up the morning after I reported my problem
Had it fixed in 20 min
Brilliant

Quick, efficient and friendly service

Extremely please with service and outcome. Engineer very professional and thorough. Drains now clear

I recently moved into my property and found my toilets were backing up, we had a drainage contractor out who found Rods stuck in our sewage pipes, initially the first Dyno rod contractor was unable to remove the stuck rods so he arranged for a Dig down to be carried out.
John was the first Dyno Rod contractor to attend and although he was unsuccessful he was extremely helpful and a really nice guy to have working around your property.
Adam came out and carried out the dig down, he worked extremely hard all day and by the end of it had removed all of the trapped rods and left the area clean and as though nobody had been near it.
Really happy with my experience with Dyno rod and would definitely recommended.

A very professional but friendly drainage expert attended our site to carry out the work. I was kept updated with his ETA and he obviously knew his job inside out.
I would highly recommend ...

Quick to respond and the chap who came to clear the drain was excellent. Did cost, but impressive how fast the issue was sorted.
Would recommend.

Brilliant service came out Monday lunch after filling in online form on the Sunday, explained clearly what they would do and sorted it quickly, would definetly only use dynorod in the future ,one happy customer .😃
I think the man was called John from Manchester depot.Thankyou.

Jason carried out the work clearing our blocked drain. He was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain the situation, which I appreciated.

I booked Dyno Rod on their website and booked a slot for Wednesday. They rang Wednesday morning to explain the charges and said they would be there in the afternoon. When he came he was very good and in no time had the drain clear. Excellent service all over.

Thanks Dynorod for your efficiency and for sending your technician Dave Keir. Dave quickly sorted the immediate issue with outside drainage and also helped me to report a United Utilities problem outside of my property. Thanks again Dave for your kindness and your help.

Easy to book. Excellent communication. Friendly and efficient service.

Had fantastic service today. Work was completed and the area tidied and cleaned. The engineer was pleasant and polite. He let us know he was on his way. Explained what the issue was and how we could have further work to prevent it happening again. I would highly recommend the company. The price quoted was the price I paid. Great service.

I phoned around 3pm on 1st March 2026 to ask for someone to come out to Kendal to clear a blocked sewer pipe connected to a private sewerage system.
I was told a workman would phone soon. Two hours later, I was told no one was available for call out today.
The person who called was unable to confirm that some one would be available tomorrow either.
Very unreliable and disappointing response to a toilet emergency.

Fantastic service. Callum was brilliant and sorted the problem out very quickly. Would highly recommend.

We had a service engineer visit us today 24 th February.
What an excellent service we received.
We had two radiators removed and replaced. The engineer, Jacob Patton, was brilliant, so professional, tidy, stayed late until he was satisfied that the radiators were working well. Just brilliant service definitely recommend, especially the engineer, Jacob.
