I had a blocked drain
I had a blocked drain. I foolishly used another company before asking Dyno Rod. The other company's "unblocking" lasted about a month. When I called them to say it wasn't sorted they told me their guarantee was 30 days (and I called on day 33). Dyno Rod were great. Ryan C was the engineer. He unblocked it really quickly and showed me how everything was flowing smoothly. There was very little difference in price. I'm a Dyno Rod convert.

Very helpful
Engineer was polite and helpful. Seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and suggested improvements as well as clearing out our drain. Called half hour before which was helpful too. Customer service was easy to get through to and helpful. Didn't get a 5 as the first engineer had to cancel as was ill and was quite late in the day after waiting but guess these things happen.

Booking through the on-line national phone mumber was easy, just took a few minutes to discuss my drainage issues and had a competitive quote and slot booked in a matter of minutes! Got a call on the morning of the appointment to verify booking slot and confirm the price. Engineer showed up on time, spent just under an hour working through the problem and then finished, with a full explanation of what was and demonstrated that the issue was solved.
