Dyno-Rod - North East Arvostelua

The booking process was very easy and the van arrived within a couple of hours and the problem was sorted quickly. The technician was friendly and gave some good advice to stop the issue reoccurring.

Very efficient. I was impressed. Confirmed my appointment by text after I phoned; text to confirm visit was today and engineer would call to say coming - which he did. Manhole cover had a blockage that was solved. And surprised at cost.

I had a builder who renovated a house for us put construction waste down the drains instead of disposing of it correctly.

When I saw the drains the first time I was very worried, fortunately dynorod sent round a technician and he sorted it out in around an hour.

First class work, couldn't be happier with the result.

Thanks

Neil

Very helpful professional guy resolved my issues Definitely recommend

We had blocked outside drains. Keith from Dyno rod North Wast came out the following day, scheduled between 8-1. I received a call to say he would be there at 7:20.
Very friendly and efficient. Keith sorted the drains out and tidied the area after him. Excellent service.

Problem sorted quickly and efficiently.

Super easy to book and the lady on the phone was lovely. Booked within about 1 minute and they arrived about 3 hours later. The guy that came was also lovely. Unblocked my ridiculous drain that blocks every few months, will definitely use Dyno-Rod again moving forward! Thank you!

Dyno North East, Carl S was a star. A simple “small” job, that turned into a very big nightmare for him, he was spot on. No moaning or winging about it, cracked on with humour and a great attitude. Finished the job, completely fixed and very had some grateful customers. Credit to the company, thanks Carl S

Excellent service from beginning to end. Keith arrived within time stated. Very pleasant and efficient. Identified the problem and explained what needed to be done. Blockage removed and advice given. 10/10. Thank you.

Excellent response, very good professional job. Would highly recommend.

Needed a drain CCTV doing. Appointment easily arranged on phone. Price given before agreeing. Wayne and Jake did the work the day after. Pleasant and efficient. Let me know when they were on the way. Would be very happy to use company again.

Very happy with the service provided. The two work men contacted me 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very friendly and worked diligently until the task was completed. The booking process was easy. 100% satisfied and would recommend Dyno-Rod to all.

After suspecting something not right with the drains at my house I phoned Dyno-Rod. The engineer, Wayne, arrived at my house very promptly, and discovered a blockage. He worked very quickly and efficently and thankfully cleared the problem in a short time. I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Dyno-Rod to anyone needing drains unblocked. Thank you to Wayne and to the team at Dyno-Rod.

If there were 10 stars for this review it would go without saying. An ongoing saga of accountability for repairing a drain outside my home which is on a public footpath. Dyno Rod NE attended in February to free all drains surrounding property however one drain they were unable to address on public footpath, they advised to call Northumbrian Water. Northumbrian water were dismissive it was not their responsibility it was a private dwelling of one not multiple! 2 months on still trying to repair the drain I referred back to dyno rod who were willing to review the drain case once again for me as I was looking to get it repaired having been told it was my responsibility by Northumbrian Water. Within a few hours Graham The operations Manager had identified because they could not repair due to it being on a public footpath and Northumbrian water had already dismissed any accountability for it, he followed up calling local council Stanley who also were not taking responsibility for the drain, but gave a number to call, he then contacted further departments until Building Control at Durham County Council finally concluded their responsibility to repair/ replace the damaged drain. This which I have been managing for several years under the misguidance it was my responsibility!
And Still Not being able to repair it!
It transpires;
I dont need to, its not mine to do so!
Graham sorted that quandry out for me today and secured a track and code reference for the work services, reported to DCC for them to attend to it.
Call 03000 26 0000 if you have any drains on public footpaths that you need repairing dont be misguided by water boards.

Thank you so much Graham Operations Manager NE, in a world where nothing gets done: efficiently or effectively where noone takes any accountability, and normally becomes a deadend call; with grace and favour you have smashed all standards out of this world for me today.

You have restored my faith in lets get the job sorted attitude with an accountable result and it wasnt even your responsibility.

So I am forever grateful.

Fingers crossed the council will complete their work services without any time wasting follow ups.

Hip Hip Hooray to Graham The Operations Manager at Dyno Rod NE.
Awesome! I feel I have a victory today in a long list of other ongoing forever ongoing admins from other avenues.
Graham You are the man!
Get in!
And Thank you so much.

Scott visited to replace a radiator, his manner was nice and I felt as ease with him in my home. He was efficient and did a great job .. thanks Scott
