Alex from your Lincolnshire branch is a real credit to your company. Very polite,professional and left my house cleaner than when he turned up . It was a difficult blockage but he persisted till it was all clear. I would definitely advise anyone to use Dyno-Rod rod.

Don't buy their taps.
Their tap cost me £160 18 months ago. They only guarantee this tap for 12 months. I paid this £160 in addition to my British Gas Homecare agreement. It started leaking at the base of the swan neck.
Dyno rod did replace this tap, free of charge, with a lower cost tap only because of the British Gas Homecare agreement. However, £160 for a high quality tap that only lasts 18 months is proof that some of their taps are of poor quality.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Very easy to make an appointment and engineer arrived within two hours. Very pleasant fellow who explained the procedure and quickly cleared the blockage.
