Matthew is a credit to the company. His professionalism was second to none. Moreover, shared his wealth of experience taking the time to explain in detail the root of the problem and long term measures the school could adopt to prevent further issues arising. Outside drain blockage
We had to call Dyno-Rod last Saturday night after we had been let down by a company that had said they'd be here between and hour and 90mns and still had not showed up after 3 hours! Anyway, we cancelled. The Dyno-Rod engineer showed up in the hour (by the time it was after 9pm) to deal with our outside drain blockage. He was very professional and well equipped. He did the job and saved us 🙂 as we couldn't do anything. We felt really looked after. I think his name was Dan.

Steve came exactly when he said he…
Steve came exactly when he said he would, was pleasant, worked efficiently and found the massive blockage by camera up the outside drain. Our plunger would of never worked! Typically it was a Sunday so we paid an extra premuim but glad it was sorted so quick.
