Dyno-Rod - Gloucestershire Arvostelua

Top class. Extremely helpful.

My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know when someone was coming, everything else was great, the engineer was really nice, even took his shoes off before entering the property, sorted the problem quickly with no hassles. Even when I thought the toilet was leaking and rang him quickly after leaving, he returned straight away to check for me. Very clean and tidy, very polite and courteous, thank you, would definitely recommend 🙂

Danny was great, helpful, called in the afternoon, appointment made for next morning, call to let me know when arriving and 20 minutes later 2 unblocked gullies amazing service and good price. I would definitely recommend 5*****

Very courteous and professional young man, did a great job.

The guy who did my job was an absolute top Mandingo very happy with my experience and that my domestic drain is cleaned and unblocked you know it makes total sense very happy customer here 👍👍

Great service

They were out within 24hrs of call, all explained and drainage issues sorted out. Engineers were polite and helpful.
Thank you

Fast service, was informed about eta. Polite staff and done the job thank you would use again.

Luke was an absolute professional throughout, who takes pride in his work and good customer service. Give the lad a pay rise.

The engineer did a fine job but I was not happy paying £180.00 for 20 minutes work. For this reason I would be apprehensive about using this company again

Rob is very pleasant but it’s a lot of money to pay for him carrying a wet & dry vax & his colleague carrying a plunger into the house then telling me they cannot sort out the problem & it will cost me a fortune to get it sorted out but not sure when!

Rob updated me on his eta and carried out the drainage job professionally, speedily and efficiently. Thank you for a job well done - what a relief!

Quick and professional response to my drainage problem.. Even called with an update ETA, before arriving. Good service..

Knowledgable, Quick, Effective!

Fantastic support from Dyno-Rod. By the time they came to the house our blockage had actually gone, however the advice given to us was so helpful in relation to preventing further blockages.

The dyno rod understood my personal circumstances and arranged a visit as soon as they could. Onsite he explained everything, cleared the blockage and cleaned up.Could not ask for more

Called the Gloucestershire team about a soakaway issue. The customer service team could not have been more helpful from Daisy who handled the initial call to Martin the engineer who called. Keen to help, knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.Job booked with no fuss.

Daisy and the Engineer at DynoRod saved our whole street with their quick thinking professionalism after our Septic Tank was incorrectly emptied.

Polite, Quick and Efficient.

Admin error led to cancellation of original appointment cancelled without notice , which was discovered when l rang the office .
Next day visit arranged, engineer (Danny ) rang to confirm arrival time , he provided a prompt ,friendly, efficient and informative service, providing quote for drain run repairs .. most impressed .

Absolutely brilliant service, came out promptly and persevered when the problem was difficult to resolve, Danny diagnosed the problem which had been going on for a while, using experienced methods and was professional and friendly, excellent!
