Booked Dyno-Rod at 06:30 online. The issue was assessed and resolved by 10:30. First rate service. The engineer was excellent and the price explained before anything was done.I would recommend to anyone straight away.

Excellent communication he’s telephone manorisam was 10/10 very pleasent, Dan is a credit to he’s company could not fault the company little notice came the following day to give me a quote for the work that needed doing .

Contacted Dyno Rod this morning and they were at the property by lunchtime. On arrival they Assessed the problem with blocked external drain and very quickly resolved this issue. Afterwards showed me this issues with drainage system and advised.
Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I rang at 5pm and sadly couldn’t have some one out that evening to unblock toilet ( I had sewage come up bath) so I was without facilities until 2 pm the next day.
However Luke rang to advise when he would arrive as promised. Lovely bloke, explained everything he was doing and options with me.
He liased with my landlord for me. Left the area all clean and tidy.

Engineer Will attended our home to fix a faulty cylinder. He was absolutely amazing, and we can’t praise him highly enough.
He tried to repair the cylinder, but it was too far gone, but he managed to source another one at short notice. The cylinder we had was a slim type, so difficult to find, but he managed to problem-solve it so that we could use a standard type. He also fixed a series of subsequent pipe leaks as well.
He worked so hard, and worked late in difficult circumstances, and really cared about what he was doing. When he couldn’t fix the problem by late evening, he promised to come back the next day, and actually turned up when he said he would, which is so rare these days. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and persistent when things didn’t go to plan, thinking outside the box to solve problems. He scarcely took a break, and kept us informed at all times. A real safe pair of hands.
We couldn’t have asked for more from him. I wish all tradespeople could be like Will!

Arrived within 20 minutes of the initial office call and carefully explained review process.
Cleared the blockage in a further 20 minutes (leaves, moss and general garden detritus) and fully tested flow of the clean drain!

I booked a visit the day before using their easy on-line booking process. I received a call from the engineer at lunchtime on the day promised - we discussed the issue and a fixed price was quoted.

He was on site 40 minutes later and the problem was soon solved at the quoted price. I was also shown live video of roots growing through the pipe which partially caused the issue and needed to be moitored - but this wasn't accompanied by the usual pushy add-on sales pitch. Top, friendly and efficient service - many thanks.

Our drains (sewer pipe) had started breaking up and moving so we needed Dynorod to re-line them. The 2 guys who attended were here for 2 days, removing the old U-bend pipe, replacing it with a straight pipe, then descaling and fitting the new liner creating a smooth continuous run of pipe to the next manhole. Despite some difficulties the guys remained professional and focused to finish the job successfully. They are the only 2 guys who cover Wiltshire, Glocs, Hereford and Worcester so if you need this time of work done then you will have them assigned to the job. Can definitely recommend.
