Dyno-Rod - East London Arvostelua 

again Dyno have failed to turn up this is becoming beyond a joke 5 weeks since leak was reported now the kitchen floor is saturated dampness is creeping up the walls the managing agents of the block are threatening to sue me for negligence , in turn i have lodged a complaint with British gas who own Dyno . Now it gives me little alternative to take legal action against British gas and Dyno for damages and stress to my 91 year old mother .

Had completely blocked manhole, to the extent sewage was going out of the manhole and nothing was going down sinks, showers, bathtub toilets in the house.
Called Dynorod explained situation and an engineer was sent out. Langford the engineer was very professional, quick and extremely good at his job. Upon finishing, even went above and beyond and cleaned the garden as it was covered in waste. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to save time and money to get the job done.

I am a landlady and rang for an emergency plumber through my British Gas Home Care Cover late this evening as the shower in my HMO was leaking down into my tenant’s room onto his bed! Harry rang to tell me he was on the way in half an hour. He fixed the problem and rang me to let me know as I am working 200 miles away! Superb fast service on an emergency call!

I am very disappointed with this company. When I eventually received an appointment, the engineer failed to show up, and when I called for an update and explanation, they simply told me that the booking had been closed and that I needed to go back to British Gas and start the process over.
For nearly two months, I've been left with an unusable toilet!

Unblocked the drain but has caused £300 worth of damage to a wall we just had plastered. Denies the damage but was obviously his big machine with sharp edge that caused the damage.

Absolutely awful! A plumber came to change the main pump but left the company the next day without ordering the replacement; a week later another plumber came to do the same thing when we phoned them up and asked if they’re going to change it!
We’ve been chasing them up for 3 weeks to fix the pump and the service has been appalling. They have made more than two mistakes and still do not try to fix it with the urgency that it is required. Would avoid when possible.

Booked an appointment online and the engineer arrived as promised. Sorted my blocked drain with no mess or fuss within 30 mins. Very happy.

Worst and lazy plumbers I think they only recruit inexperienced plumbers as when ask how long you working shocked to here 2-3 months . Plumber ask me if I have a tool because he couldn't be bothered to bring or go get the tools from the van. did not find the leak and keep saying what you want me to do ??? like i work for plumbing company , at the end did not put the panel back properly and left it unscrew and at the end while leaving property saying call some when ask name very aggressive and very rude .

A very positive experience. The plumber was excellent and the estimate was very reasonable.

Luke the Engineer was fantastic. He had the right PPE which indicated he was thinking of his safety and the clients safety.

He understood what the issue was and explained so I understood.

He was really professional and left the property in a tidy state after carrying out the required repairs and resolved the issue that was ongoing for years and no engineer could figure out.

We have had no hot water for over a month
3 engineers have been round but couldn't fix the problems.
We have booked yet another appointment a week away in tne faint hope of getting hot water back
Dynorod do not even respond to emails or phone calls
I do not know what to do anymore

I would give a zero if I could. Appointment booked they didn’t show up. They claimed they had sent a message to cancel which they hadn’t. Rebooked and they arrived without the right tools. Trying to rebook for a third time but no response from the East London office. Atrocious service from these people. British Gas are doing a dis-service to their customers by partnering with Dyno Plumbing.

Super service by James when he arrived at my flat today. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
Issue resolved in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend again.

Great service, nice man,shame about the pricing policy! Watch out for the extra 5 minutes over, as you will be charged the extra 1/2 hour (£60). Is there any give and take anymore?
