Chris was amazing. He could see how anxious and upset I was. He showed me what the problem was before he set to and cleared the blockage.

Very prompt booking the drain service and very prompt coming to clear the drain Lewis was very efficient and left the site clean and tidy would recommend Dyno rod.

When we moved to the house, we knew there was a drain issue and today it became apparent when there was scummy standing water in our sink that wouldn't drain away. I called British Gas as I have a Homecare insurance with them and they booked me in for next week but then I noticed a leak under the sink so rang back to see if anyone could come sooner. A lovely lady called Chloe organised an engineer, called Reece, who was with me within the hour...amazing...but better still, he did all the rodding stuff to 3 exterior drains (located old fatbergs), did some loud machine pumping and sorted the leak under the sink professionally, efficiently and, it appears so far, effectively. I thoroughly recommend Dynorod services. Very impressed.

Dyno-Rod failed to turn up on 4 occasions & rearranging appointments to different days without telling us. I took 2 days unpaid leave just for them not to turn up. Hope they will turn up this Monday

It was easy to arrange an urgent visit to deal with a main drainage problem. Chris turned up very promptly and was very professional and effective in dealing with the problem quickly restoring the situation to normal. Based on this experience will certainly use the company again should a similar situation arise again.
