Dyno-Rod - Central London Arvostelua 

Don’t be fooled with the reviews on this website, probably fake reviews!!!, dyno-rod is a rubbish company, not sure how British Gas is still affiliated to this joke of a company, I called them to book an appointment and no one turns up, I called again and they apologised and still gave me another appointment and still no one turned up, happened about 5 times and no one turned up again. This is my reference number - Dywo-2460196. If you don’t want to stay at home for nothing while no one turns up for your appointment, you better look elsewhere! Rubbish company with pathetic customer service! They are all liars!!!

The engineer fixed the blockage immediately in a very professional way. Then worked tirelessly at fixing other related issues. Excellent work!

Jaegar was friendly, professional and efficient. Got the problem sorted in no time and gave us advice on how to keep the drain from getting blocked in future. Payment was fairly straightforward.

Plumber who attended 10/11 produced an incorrect and incomplete report. On the phone I told the customer service agent Lana this was incorrect - she told me she would look into this and get back to me. I have heard nothing. I sent 2x emails to Lana over the following week, followed by 2x complaints on Dyno's website on 16/11 and 23/11 and have heard NOTHING. Terrible customer service and unacceptable just to ignore your customers.

A complete disaster of a company which offers nothing but stress to the customer and frankly could not be bothered.
Attempts to take money for jobs already covered in the insurance!
Leaving BG because of them.

I booked this company in on 2 occasions and they never arrived. But worse was the constant lies I was told and my messages and emails being ignored so I was doubly inconvenienced. I’m not going to go over the whole saga here but I will NEVER use them again.

Apart from a bit of a wait on the phone (to book an appointment) everything else was super fast, professional and pleasant. They came a day earlier which was brilliant, they knew exactly what to do, and in about 20 minutes the problem was solved. Amazing service. Many thanks guys.

These guys are unbelievable. They repeatedly fail to show up for appointments, with zero apology, then I have to wait days to rebook. In one instance the lady on the phone just hung up on me when I pushed for her to resolve my problem. When they finally did arrive, they did not repair the problem, but said they had, so I am back trying to get them to come again (I have insurance via them, otherwise would just go elsewhere). There are a couple of really helpful ppl there, so I feel bad for them writing this, but for the most part the general apathy of this company, its under-staffing and its terrible systems are disgraceful.

Dyno dismantled my radiator nine weeks ago. I was promised they would fix it straight away. It's been nine weeks. Somone came over finally last week but he only plastered the wall?? Totally confused. I tried to reach Dyno today via phone and keep getting cut off. I tried to email them and the keep referring me to different departments. All I want to know is basic, when will Dyno come to fix the radiator they promised they would fix nine weeks ago? Can't get through to customer service or speak to a human. So unprofessional.

I took today off from work for this appointment….

We made an appointment for the 8am-1pm window. They did not show. At around 1:45 we phoned and were told we didn’t make an appointment. However, when we mentioned we have an email confirmation from them, they back-tracked and said they were very busy.
So they did not show up and they lied to us.

I have used the services of DYNO-ROD central London operations several times over the last few years. I have done so in a desperate attempt to get Help for an ongoing problem for many years. I live on a high-rise block In Westminster. For the last 15 years, I have suffered numerous internal floodings due to a non-maintained stuck pipe, a local authority's responsibility. I want to express my thanks to the operations manager, Who provided help, assistance, and clarifications on many issues relating to this problem since 2019. He has responded to out-of-hours requests for urgent support. Professionally, he has extended an invitation On my behalf to the authorities for Cooperation in investigating this Longstanding problem further. He provided a comprehensive report With proposals To minimise the Horrendous impact of this problem. Once Despite my Anxious and inaccurate assessment of past activity, he remained available to help with clarifications I needed without charging for his time. Mr Graig Watton, Operations Manager of

If this review was for our saviour Engineer/Angel Daniel alone this would’ve been 5 star or beyond. I took only 1 star off for one other guy who has been sent by Dyno rod twice to my property already dragging his feet both times breaking my storage wall then covering it with boxes awful awful person who had the cheek to book another whole day to come and fix the little leak which Daniel found immediately today soon as he entered the property. Daniel is not only an experienced professional engineer but he is also a well spoken gentleman who put you at ease instantly, unlike the other time wasting cowboy whom has been reported to Dyno rod and hope They would deal with him accordingly as he is bad news for Dyno rod or any business giving them only bad reputations. He shouldn’t be allowed to book 3 consecutive appointments for the same leak spanning from 25/7 to 12/10!!! which was found & fixed by Daniel within less than 2 hours Today. I can’t thank Daniel enough. This other guy had 2x half days wasted so far plus he booked yet another whole day slot for 12/10! To come and according to him to lift the bathtub which wasn’t even the area of the leak. I will revise this to 5 star any time just for Daniel whom I recommend to anyone with 100% peace of mind & trust once I hear from Dyno rod with a) explanation on how can this so called engineer be allowed to book all these appointments without any questions, wasting peoples time As well as the company he works for. I also need assurances that this guy is at least given proper training on how to speak with people respectfully & not taking them for fools and be honest if that’s possible in his case. Once I got that from Dyno I’ll revise this to 5 star Daniel alone deserves. God bless you and your family.

Unfortunately my latest experience with Dyno-Rod has been a complete disaster. Following onto a visit by a BritishGas engineer who tried to re-pressurise my heating cylinder expansion vessel, I was told I needed a new one. I promptly booked an appointment with DynoRod through BritishGas Homecare for the replacement. I sent a detailed email to DynoRod (confirmed receipt by phone) explaining which part needs to be replaced including specs and photos. I explained that they will need to supply the part. This was organised over a week ago and the job was supposed to take place yesterday. I also called DynoRod yesterday early morning to ensure that the engineer was on his way and that he had the parts. It was all confirmed. Unfortunately, the engineer shows up with no replacement part and even worst he had no idea what the issue was. Then when he is told what it is. He says it will take two weeks to order the part and another two weeks to organise installation. I am fuming and will leave to that…

Amazing service, came within the our to an office block I manage and Sydney worked very hard for 6 hours straight. And cleared the blockage and got the loos working. He was informative and professional and definitely knew his trade. Used camera and drain clearing machine. Will not think twice in calling them again.

I had a bad situation with two toilets blocked downstairs in the basement where it is the restaurant and the engineers (Reece and his colleague) found the way to unblocked the waste pipes after few times pressure the water inside with their machine. Thank you
