Ordered a bunch of Oak Sleepers from Kingsfold br. Bit of a mixup on delivery day as a shipment of sleepers they were expecting hadn't arrived so phoned to say my ordered would delayed til following week. Then later that same day I got a nice surpise with a delivery of fresh new sleepers courtesy of Chris (delivery chap). On return back to base he noticed the Sleepers had turned up and took himself back out to delivery them - nice one Chris thats what I call customer service.

fantastic service, OK slight delay due to a recent operating change, but still 5 star, great quality, great products, can't fault the delivery guys who have always been so helpful

I have used DWNye for several years now. Their offer is good and their service in store and via the phone continues to be excellent. All the Delivery Drivers have are courteous and extremely helpful in placing pallets exactly where I want to minimise obstruction and reduce my workload. Thank you to the whole Nye Team

The team at DW Nyes make it such a welcoming and informative place. I am always impressed with the helpful knowledge that all of the team are happy to give. I must also highlight Jamie, and all the delivery guys, whom have all delivered to my house, Jamie twice. It is at the drivers discretion to help customers when delivering, they don't have to, but always always they do, and with a smile too, they make the special effort to reverse into my drive and crane over our hedge into the garden, saving me from doing a million trips up and down steps etc. It is going the extra mile, which makes me go back to them time and time again. Really happy friendly guys, doing a great great service, and it really makes and difference and is very much appreciated. Excellent. Cheers, Pete.

Great local company, great service, great value and a speedy delivery.

Chris W who delivered our goods on Saturday was one of the most pleasant and helpful delivery persons I have had the pleasure to meet.
He guided the pallet to the exact position required and made the delivery experience excellent with his friendly and stress free demeanour.
I have normally found our local branch helpful on the telephone as well

Extremely unhelpful member of staff behind the counter on a Saturday morning in the Billingshurst branch. A bad ambassador for the company.

Brilliant from start to finish. Ordered some concrete decking posts, struggled to locate them but this company had them in stock, ordered on line with a very easy to use website and got delivered for free two days later, exactly when they said they would. Delivery guy brilliant and represented this company in a very good manner. Would def recommend this company and will use them again myself without hesitation. Thank you.

Just popped in for a few slabs on a wet Friday, the team in the front office were extremely helpful and friendly. Haven't visited for a while, it;s really expanded and will be back when I start the next big project. Good to have such a place so local.

Whilst the goods arrived on time I was very disappointed that the driver decided to drive all over my grass verge causing a fair amount of damage, whilst I know that not everyone can drive a lorry I was far more disappointed that my complaint was met with total silence! Customer service seems to be non existent! All I wanted was an apology

Great local company, great service and speedy delivery.They have a huge amount of stock, so we can normally get whatever we need from one visit.
