Premium Tiles Arvostelua

I found the website easy to navigate, and by ordering a sample tile, I found exactly what I was looking for. The communication from Premium Tiles has been first class - friendly, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, with no question too small to answer. Highly recommend.

Amazing service good quality

Great kitchen tiles and fab service. Really pleased with the quality

The tiles I bought were a competitive price, carefully wrapped, delivered promptly and the carriage costs were reasonable (some companies won't even deliver to the Scottish Highlands). Received a follow up email to check that tiles had arrived safely, even though it was a comparatively small order- so very pleased with service,

Swift and easy, and ultimately great work. Can’t recommend enough

Nice tiles just what we were looking for, something a bit different from what main stream dealers are selling.
Excellent personal service.
Packaging was very good, best that I have seen.
Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful tiles and great customer service. The tiles came extremely quickly. We experienced an issue with a broken tile and they were fantastic at arranging a replacement the next day. Would highly recommended.

Simple to order, knowledgable staff and easy to modify if you’d made a mistake, like I did.
Will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family.

10/10 really helpful and great quality

Excellent customer service every step of the process.Would highly recommend!

Truly Astonishing service,

Even better tiles

Tiles are amazing very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Great job from the team 👍🏿

I placed an online order after speaking with Sophie re stock availability.
I actually order the wrong tile, Sophie saw my mistake when the order was being processed and email to confirm she had changed the order to the actual product we discussed during our conversation.
Later the next day, I ordered another tile due to breakage of existing tiles on sit. When Sophie spotted the second order, she emailed and said both of the products would be shipped together and thereby save a shipping costs.
A truely great level of service.
Thank you Sophie, you are a star.

Gemma was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with my order. A lovely lady named Gemma was very helpful and found some tiles for me that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Gemma was so helpful, really informative. Love my choice the tile is perfect for my kitchen.

Friendly service, went above and beyond to make sure I found the right product. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and absolutely amazing tiles exactly what we wanted

I was trying to get my bathroom and kitchen redone, the difficulty was getting tiles that worked with the new decor. I wasn't too sure how best to get what I wanted. I'd tried physical stores, but it felt overwhelming with all of the options.

Step in Sophie. Offered me a few options, and I chose some samples. Next day delivery of the sample and now my bathroom looks great (kitchen to follow!). Can't recommend enough!

Amazing and efficient service. Order was perfect. Well communicated and was delivered swiftly.

Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and fast delivery great price.
