Site is always easy to use and order, plants have been great.

Shopping cart is not seamless from device to device.

I was using paypal, and was charged a higher amount on my credit card than the final amount after discount. I hope this gets corrected.

Checking out is a nightmare. Ive ordered bulbs from this site and the catalog for many years. The catalog and online info are different and while free shipping and no tax are offered, it turns out that I had to pay full price.
Not a nice way to trick a long time customer.

Would have been 5 stars, yet I elected to to enroll for free shipping only to be charged for shipping at checkout. No big deal. First time buyer and I am more interested in quality than price. Maybe we have an ongoing enthusiast-supplier relationship !

This is our third order from this company for a civic display. The bulbs were always in great shape and delivered at the right time. We had a grand spring display to welcome folks to our hometown.

Cannas, Dahlien und Anemonen sind nicht aufgegangen. Ein Teil der Knollen/Zwiebeln war bereits bei Lieferung schimmelig. Die übrigen Pflanzen derselben Sendung (Hosta, Astilbe, Lilien) wachsen normal – Standort und Pflege waren also nicht das Problem.

Am 28. und 30. Juni habe ich reklamiert: genaue Namen, Mengen und Fotos. Support-Mitarbeiter Otto verlangte dieselben Angaben erneut, behauptete dann, es fehlten „speziell“ Fotos der Anemonen und Dahlien, und bat um weitere mindestens drei Wochen Wartezeit. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren seit der Lieferung bereits Wochen vergangen, inzwischen Monate. Ich grabe nicht noch einmal im Beet und beschädige keine anderen Pflanzen.

Ich verlange weder Ersatz noch Rückerstattung. Was bleibt, ist der Umgang. Nach Belegen entsteht das Gefühl, wie eine Lügnerin und Betrügerin behandelt zu werden – nicht wie eine Kundin mit ihrer ersten Bestellung. Der Ton wirkte herablassend.

Die Website wirbt mit Qualitäts- und Wachstumsgarantie. Entscheidend war für mich nicht die ausgefallene Ware, sondern, wie mit einem Menschen gesprochen wird, der Fakten liefert.

Kein weiterer Einkauf, keine Empfehlung.

I can’t wait to receive them to plant in my butterfly garden!

Moving through the site was easy and smooth. Finding what I wanted went smoothly and I am looking forward to receiving my bulbs which will be in good condition as were others I bought here.

The selecting was fine, but there wasn't an opportunity to apply the discount with ApplePay.

They said if I entered a code labor20 that I would get a 20% discount...that never happened!!!

I hope the photos are representative of the flowers I can grow. The flowers I can grow. I will need to give some away. The models are cute too.

There is an advertisement for two things. Free Shipping on order over a certain price and Labor Day weekend offer of 20% off. Nowhere does it say they can’t be used together until check out. Dissatisfied I didn’t get free shipping plus 20% off.
