Dutchbulbs Arvostelua 

I ordered from dutch bulbs in early spring of2026. As per the order the bulbs were scheduled for delivery in early Fall. I contacted them in mid September, someone there told me the bulbs will arrive in late September or first week of October. Now even the second week of October has passed. I received no communication. Meanwhile. my email keeps getting bombarded with marketing spam from them. I think this company is running a scam.

As a repeat customer, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dutch Bulbs. I placed my order on September 17th, and it has since been backordered multiple times, with the expected shipping date repeatedly changing. Not once have I received an email or formal notification explaining these delays. I've had to continually log into my account just to find out what's happening with my order.

Last year, I placed a similarly sized order that shipped within a week, making this experience even more frustrating.

I've now attempted to cancel my unshipped order through the website, email, and phone without success. Customer service told me my order was "too large" to cancel and that my request needed to be escalated, with a promised callback within 24–48 hours. Why should the size of an order prevent its cancellation, especially when it hasn't even shipped?

The lack of communication, transparency, and ability to resolve a straightforward issue is unacceptable. As a returning customer, I expected better. I am requesting immediate cancellation, a full refund, and written confirmation.

I would recommend everyone find a different retailer and not order from Dutchbulbs.com or K. van Bourgondien. They have amazing “looking plants” but they send you whatever they have or want and not the flowers you ordered. You get a bare root, plant it, fertilize it, water and much later find the plant - if you get one - is not what you ordered. Half my roots didn’t produce a plant and the others were not at all what I ordered. They also promised free shipping and them billed for shipping, wouldn’t honor the promise, and had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. So lacking honesty, proper order fulfillment, and poor customer service. Find another company.

Signed up for free shipping...... don't see where that was applied.

A few bulbs have been disappointing when they didn't grow or where not the color I ordered. But the company has always taken care of the matter. This fact, is why I keep coming back.

Shipping is ridiculously high. Items in catalogue are not available online. Please be straightforward!

I was sent a 10% off coupon and at checkout it said that discount code could not be used with my order. Then I was sent a free shipping code and when I tried to apply it to my order it said I couldn’t.

The plants come very well packaged and are healthy. I’ve got a 95% success rate! And if something does not bloom, they have a replacement guarantee. They make it easy to do and stand by it. Don’t buy anywhere else!!!!

I had several tubers not grow. I gave a review not knowing/remembering there was a guarantee. THEY contacted me and gave me codes to reorder. I did reorder in full hopes that these will grow. I appreciate their care and consideration. Rare in this day and age. Thank you!!

The process is easy enough but adding over 20% is outrageous.

This company is very reputable. Such a beautiful array of wonderful bulbs, annuals, perennials, and anything else you might be looking for; I love to browse!

Easy to find what I wanted and the checkout process was simple and easy to follow. I can't wait to get the bulbs for fall planting!!! The price for 25 bubs was exceptional.
